The best company!!!! There is something to compare, before that I ordered 4 windows and a balcony to the kitchen and each time it was a different company! I didn't want to contact any of them again!!! Every time there were shoals and no one wanted to admit their mistakes... And now it's time to glass the balcony in the bedroom, I started looking for where to order... I visited about 5-6 companies and it became quite sad from the "specialists" who answered my questions. When I went to the Window Center and showed the balcony design and dimensions on a piece of paper, I was pleasantly surprised, Tatiana immediately began to clarify all the nuances in a professional, very detailed way, and after 10-15 minutes I knew the approximate price and production time! In other firms, no one could answer so immediately. The choice was made and as it turned out, it was not in vain!!! After accurate measurement and discussion of the nuances with the master (thanks to Andrey), Tatiana called back and announced the final price for the construction with installation, I was pleasantly surprised, since the price turned out to be even slightly lower than the preliminary one!!! The price is very adequate in comparison with competitors. And now the moment of installation has come, the guys have arrived and installed the structure. I have never met such positive and accurate installers! It is a pity that it was not possible to contact this particular company earlier! THANK you very much, you are definitely the best today! A very good company, you rarely meet really professionals in their field! A few years ago, we ordered a window to the kitchen, offered installments and helped with the choice, now we have ordered a balcony, it is large 7.3 meters, they have the best prices in the city and offer installments, and negotiate the payment date when it is convenient for you (for salary or some receipts) this is not unimportant. Special thanks to Tatiana and Andrey for the individual approach to our order (it was not easy) and the guys who put up the windows, the quality is excellent! I ordered windows and a clapboard loggia. We discussed all the issues with the manager Tatiana, got a good consultation. The window manufacturing period was 3-4 weeks. Made for 2.5. The quality is very good. Then the master came, took off the dimensions, gave valuable advice. A few days later, young guys came and in 2.5 days dismantled the old windows, installed new ones and sheathed with clapboard. During all this time, the master came several times and controlled the quality of the work. But the guys are already doing well: they did everything qualitatively. They left order behind them, even went outside to smoke, near the entrance. Materials were delivered promptly. Financial issues with the manager were resolved just fine. Such a thing in our time can be considered a very great luck. On a five-point scale 5+++++ . I will order the second loggia from them.

I'm not afraid of this word, but it really is the best window company in the city of Vitebsk. Believe me, I have something to compare it with. Once we ordered a bolt-on frame in German windows. I won't even list their jambs, because there won't be enough space for the text. Both the attitude and the quality in German windows are at the lowest level, but let's not talk about the bad. I am very glad that I found these guys. First, we ordered one window, put it up smartly, all the garbage was removed, the floor was shiny. It even seemed to us that they had washed the floor after themselves). And now almost two years have passed, we again decided to close two more windows. To say that they are great is to say nothing. Tatiana, the manager, is a friendly girl, explained everything correctly from A to Z, answered all the questions and recorded us for measuring the balcony (we decided to install a balcony system). The measurer, Andrey, is a master of his craft, measured everything, asked everything as we want, from what material, very competent in his field. The installation masters, Eugene and Eugene (two Wives), worked hard, competent, responsible,friendly, in general, everything is at the highest level!!! I would like to point out that our house was built in 1969! A wonderful office. In the summer, I ordered a floor-to-ceiling balcony frame. He asked me to put it on quickly. Two workers arrived and either the foreman or the foreman. We did it in threesomes to make it faster. We managed until the evening. They cleaned up the dirt themselves. The girl manager called them a couple of days later, asked if I was happy.
