We ordered a door from this "super responsible" company. It was delivered and installed on time, there are no questions here. At first, everything was fine, namely 5-6 months, and then the door began to sag, we turned to these "responsible" employees, since under the contract the door has been under warranty for two years, we contacted verbally by phone, but there are apparently ladies who have only been taught to hang up when they hear about the pressure, then they wrote in writing , but we agreed on that, just not on the phone 🫣
It's been going on for about six months, you've lost your nerve, you don't want to be nice......
There's only one thing left....to resolve this issue in court, in accordance with the law on consumer rights, with all the "standards " and non-standards.
And of course , I do not recommend this "horns and hooves" company to anyone , if you do not want a piggy attitude after you transfer 💸 into their hands for their "high - quality products"
The main problem of people is that they trust the measurers at their word! People, first CAREFULLY read the contract drawn up by the measurer! And you will very easily catch him in a lie. They ALWAYS say what you WANT to hear. They have worked out this scheme for a long time and many customers come across it.
Tip: if the company does not have a specific responsible person in the contract, but only an incomprehensible name like "limited liability group" - drive such measurers out.
Tip 2: if the name of I. V. Shakhov is in the contract, call the police immediately... There are entire volumes of complaints about him on the Internet. And he's re-registering companies like he's changing gloves!
The result for all buyers: we read the contract CAREFULLY, according to the measurers (even bona fide ones) WE DON'T TRUST YOU.
The situation is as follows: the OKD company, represented by IP Shakhov, installed a PVC entrance door for my grandmother in Shchuchin. The handle on the inside of the door broke off at the root and Grandma was trapped inside. I live in Minsk, 250 km from the venue.
I got through to the number specified in the contract and explained the situation to the girl. Answer: wait for 14 days. After several calls during the day and numerous persuasions, requests and humiliations, they informed me that they would form a travel list tomorrow and most likely turn on grandma's house.
I call the next day, and there's another girl on the phone who doesn't know the situation, and she tells me about the 14 days again.
And in general, no one knows there and is not going to any Shchuchin.
I can't get through on the weekend.
In general, so far there is a feeling that indifference and inhumane treatment of people are the two pillars on which the service of this company stands.
... I hope grandma has enough food for 14 days.
PS. Grandma was rescued by a neighbor, but the door is wide open - if it slams shut, you won't be able to get out.
