The waiter, as she introduced herself, Natalia, is rude, incorrect and for the service sector you still need to grow and grow. The music in the institution was turned off 40 minutes before the end of the holiday and they said that they have an "internal charter" and they do the same in all institutions. When we wanted to talk to the same "administrator", we were surprised that this woman was not an administrator.
No one warned in advance that there would be such a situation with the same music.
The cash receipt was issued by the waitress only on demand and without all the scheduled items that were ordered (they were issued simply with the total amount)
During the feast, two cuts of meat and tomatoes with cheese were ordered, for which the final amount in the receipt increased by 200 Belarusian rubles (it was discovered only upon arrival home). In the end, they found that one plate of sliced meat was missing, but nothing was said about it, so as not to spoil the festive atmosphere and not to raise their nerves.
Frankly speaking, it was not possible to talk to the staff, arguing that they were already closed and they should already be at home.
In general, as a snack bar, it's probably okay, but if you want to have a good holiday with your family, you're at the wrong place, they won't help you here.

Simple and cozy.The bar is simple but warm like the River itself.I love solid wood furniture.A cozy and warm place, like Belarus itself.It's awesome to meditate here with a glass of draft beer.Working girls and bartenders have a special respect.We wish everyone a good day, friendly, unobtrusive, with dignity.I liked.I have a hint here from Yandex:grub, drinks, etc. I took draft beer.Beer is normal.I didn't order any food.A couple from the locals with a claim to the middle class were sitting next to him.They praised the kitchen .Probably the kitchen is normal)After a couple of glasses, a kind person here wants to embrace the whole world))in general, I advise you.))the music is positive).Love each other and remember that we are all people here and no one is higher and we are all particles of the same mosaic, we just periodically change places.
