In general, the organization of LLC "Stroke" is quite strange. When you turn to them with a complete fiasco, the Call Center is answered by specialists who have no knowledge and information at all, it resembles a conversation between a blind and a deaf person. Not being able to order directly from DeAgostini is annoying. There are no promotions or subscriptions, in general, it's a complete disappointment. And at the pick-up point, a woman, tortured by life, sits moaning without mood.
