The second time I turned to the window with tempered glass. They can't harden the glass, they offer a triplex instead. I applied for the third time... the PVC structure has an exit to the loggia. Even the measurer came... the contract was waiting for 4 weeks. They couldn't make it up. As a result, I turned to another company. Apparently, a team of really professionals has been selected....

Good afternoon friends. If you are going to use the OKKO company in Gomel, I do not recommend it. The measurer and installers, the guys work hard and know their business. But here's the problem with the production and the storekeeper in Mogilev, then they forgot to make the door and the delay in fulfilling the contract for two weeks, then they forgot to put small details in the order package and another delay for an indefinite period. The contract is not fulfilled, the penalty is not paid, they are not going to apologize. But everything is fine only when he and no one else is not interested in your problems. You are trying to call yourself and solve the problems that the "windows in 7 days" advertisement has dragged you into-LIES, two months at least, and only if you are interested yourself. No one will call you and warn you about the delay. I realized one thing, you need to work with this company on an advance payment of 10%, then they will move and demand the remaining money. And when he paid 100% at once, then they have no problems, the customer should worry about his own, and the contractor "doesn't care" about the money in his pocket
let the customer worry about his order. The verdict is one. If you want to get on your nerves, order windows from the OKKO company.
