For the second week in three attempts, I have not been able to receive my reward for the accumulated points. Although OKKO employees said on the phone that you can get it simply if you have a customer card.
I'm coming for the third time in a row!!! at gas stations, please note, the location of which is inconvenient in order to receive my reward, paid for by me with my earned points, while this reward is not cheap. However, OKKO employees always find some reason not to give me the remuneration due. But the reward points were written off sooo quickly, a month ago!!!
