On about June 30, we paid an advance payment for the order (one window sill with installation) and agreed to install it on Tuesday (July 4), but on that day we did not receive a call, after waiting a few days, we called by phone, they assured us that the window sill would be delivered and installed during the week. Without receiving a call again, we personally came to the office of this organization, at the end of the week (July 8), where we encountered the boorish attitude of an employee (or maybe it was the director???), who said with a haughty look and disdain that our small order would be fulfilled someday when there was free time and in general all their orders are large, if you want, take the window sill and put it yourself. This is just a class, with such an attitude towards customers, I do not recommend contacting anyone here at all. By the way, there is still one positive event - the prepayment was refunded.
