I ordered a frame for the loggia in this place, as I had previously used their services and everything was fine, now the exact opposite. It would seem that a convenient installment system from the company, and not from the bank, turned out to be extremely overpriced. A standard frame for 4 double-glazed windows with a cheap Brusbox 60 profile, Maco fittings, 2 opening sashes, a window sill (there will be another story about it), 2 ebbs: it cost 1920 rubles ($ 587) and unfortunately I came to my senses too late, a familiar craftsman after counted me around $ 420 for everything, do you feel the difference? I'm starting to talk about the cons:
1. On the orally agreed date, the frame was not ready, they began to refer to the terms of the contract, spitting on oral obligations. Only by threatening to refuse the order and terminate the contract in court, the issue was resolved and after 30 minutes it turned out that the frame would be manufactured on time.
2. The installation took place with jambs: the installer, without permission, laid metal on a clean carpet of the room, did not put on shoe covers. The inserts covering the foam from the street turned out to be on the sides of the frame, and not on the sides of the screen, as the measurer claimed. The window sill was planted on foam, without any corners or holders, did not use sealant for the seam between the window sill and the frame.
3. The window sill broke the next morning from the usual leaning. In a conversation, the warranty department called the window sill decorative, you can't touch it, just look at it. They wanted to charge 15p for departure, but I forced the dispatcher to say on the record that I do not need a paid departure service, but departure within the framework of warranty obligations. The check-out was, lasted 2 minutes and the master left without anything. The next day, he returned with freshly purchased corners in the store, which did not fit in size, but were used and drilled into 1 instead of 3 fasteners. It seems to hold on tight, even beautifully made with silicone, but....He started asking for money. When he saw my sincere bewilderment, he tried to push off that he meant the installment plan, which naturally turned out to be paid perfectly on time.
4. The promised 7% discount does not appear anywhere in the documents, the fittings turned out to be new, without logos.
5. For this organization, the primary goal is to take money and conclude a contract, then the attitude changes just before our eyes and it is normal for them to be openly rude to the client on the phone (my personal opinion).
I am one step away from applying to the state control, the prosecutor's office and the tax service to conduct appropriate checks, especially for pricing, the absence of a cash terminal (all funds were taken for video and audio recording in my apartment without a terminal receipt).

I ordered windows from this company, instead of the windows I ordered, others were brought.If it's even the same thing, I would like the tech department to know in advance that KBE is now changing its name to kommerling, the answer was immediately given that not I, not the warranty department, are not specialists and cannot determine that these are the wrong windows, apparently they forgot about the stickers.Further, it is more interesting that the Issa fittings are indicated in the contract, in fact somewhere Issa, somewhere Roto, somewhere it is not clear what.I discussed with the measurer that the window sill would not hang out, but as I understood, there was no feedback from the installers.The windows are placed on a 5cm beam, I think that 10cm is needed under the window, then the window sill will not hang out.With all this, the installers are professionals in their field, they work well, thanks to them these windows were not taken back with all this and thanks to these guys 2 stars.

My request to solve the problem somehow was answered: - You signed the contract.It should have been better to check the manager.

A large office with many names, intrusive beyond measure, but sometimes it's a plus, it's hard to get through, they may not answer for hours - maybe I was just so lucky.
The measurer came - a pleasant man, everything is fine, there are no complaints.
The bureaucratic component is 4, fairly quickly, installments are OK, thanks, but plus more than 10%, which were first thrown off, and then added anyway.
Motage for 3. Installers are dressed as if beggars, you can enter a uniform of the same type, installation is done quickly but sloppily, in addition, there is a layer of uncovered foam outside, which will eventually fall out from exposure to the sun. The beads were snapped, but they did not look at the sealing gum, they were clamped so that water would get into the window.
The window itself is on 4, the only thing that I didn't like was, again, the sealing gum, they are exposed in the frame in pieces so that there is an opportunity for water to leak into the frame.
In short, it is possible to cooperate, in general, the impression is satisfactory, but this office definitely has a lot to grow.
