There is no current reliable information on the water supply of the cities of the Luhansk region of Ukraine (occupied territory) on the site. There are no schedules for water supply and repair work. Water may be absent for two to four days (sometimes more) without prior warning. It is difficult to get through and find out the reason, especially if you use the services of a Vodafone operator. Not all applications are registered. Quite often, the explanation for the lack of water sounds like this: "the pipeline was interrupted on the territory of Ukraine," "call your department," "we do not serve cities except Lugansk." The water is constantly running not all day, but only four to five hours in the evening, and quite often its supply can suddenly stop for several days. The quality also wants the best. Today, 09/19/2021, there is no water again for the second day, two days ago there was no water for almost four days. No one responds to the statements I write online. But during this time, the bach of local militias and possibly the Russian military can be heard. The Ukrainian military is not heard, of course, I do not take into account the locals, the aborigines of Epsilon, who were nipped in the bud, those who are facing criminal liability for violating the security and borders of Ukraine. Therefore, the excuse "Interrupted Ukraine" does not work, the water fence was set up by occupation and unprofessionalism of employees of the organization obliged to supply water. The water runs once a day for three to four hours. The quality of the water is gidka gidota. And, by the way, there are houses where the water supply is not carried out in all apartments. One tenant has it, the neighbor on the site does not. How did I forget to write about this I don't know?! Usually, such living quarters are provided to employees of some enterprise.
