Hello everyone) Finally got around to writing a review about our vacation. We had a rest in early September, we chose the direction "Egypt" for rest, because: and the prices are not high, and there are no problems with a visa, well, just the air temperature should have decreased slightly compared to summer! I've already been on vacation in Egypt, but my husband flew with me for the first time. We started looking at hotel options about a week before departure, we contacted the Ola Travel travel agency (we just found it through Google). We called the girls and voiced our wishes for rest. Next, the manager Inna, Kristina and Olya (very nice girls) communicated with us, sent selections, called, and in the end Inna gave good advice on choosing a hotel and tour dates, because prices differed significantly. Thanks to them, we spent a lot less money on the tour than we originally planned. Even on the day when my husband came to the agency to book, it turned out that our tour had fallen EVEN MORE in price and we were solemnly informed about it! To be honest, I was very pleasantly surprised by the work of the girls, they worked with a bang: they helped me choose a cool hotel (JUNGLE AQUA PARK), recommended dates for which there are really favorable prices, and accompanied me all the way back to Ukraine! And one more thing: during the selection of options, I somehow accidentally dropped that we were going on a "honeymoon" - the girls did not forget to indicate this and a pleasant surprise awaited us at the hotel: a huge plate of fruit, although we did not inform anyone about this at the hotel))) Therefore, I recommend the Ola Travel agency to all those who love to travel, appreciate good service and trust. Good afternoon! We had a vacation in Egypt back in December, but due to lack of time, it was only now possible to write a review. This is not the first time we have traveled with the OLA TRAVEL company, so this vacation is no exception. We chose the hotel ourselves, but our manager dissuaded us from this hotel (due to poor food and service). Since our friends have already booked a tour there, we decided not to change the hotel. But thank you so much for the professionalism and many years of experience of the wonderful managers who warned us before booking the tour. Upon arrival at the hotel, we were once again convinced of the high-quality service of "our" agency. Since the food and service were really lame. But that didn't stop us from having a wonderful vacation with our friends) By the way, we had changes on the return flight, and the manager warned us about it (not the hotel guide and the representative of the hotel). Upon arrival, they recruited us and clarified how our vacation went, which is very pleasant and not every agency is so worried about its tourists. Thank you for the good and high-quality service!!!
