A normal hotel. Of course, it requires repair, otherwise normal. It is close to the historical center, the room was clean enough. A pretty good breakfast, like a buffet: there are always eggs, vegetables, sausage, cheese, pastries, cottage cheese, sour cream, jam - this is rare for hotels of this class. You won't stay hungry. I recommend.
A good, inexpensive hotel is a 5-minute walk from the Registan complex. There was no water in the room for a day, but turning off the water in these old areas of the city, as I understand it, is a regular event.
Not a bad hotel. The main advantage is the location. The room is equipped with air conditioning, a fridge and a kettle. If it's for a couple of nights, I recommend it.
