Excellent hotel, within walking distance from the tourist center, the monument to Khoja Nasreddin. They are hospitable and attentive. Not a single request was ignored. The living conditions are excellent. The breakfasts are plentiful and varied. Gulya, who serves us, is very hospitable, talkative, and suggested the location of the sights we need. I strongly advise you to stay at this hotel.

The children had a rest in the fall of 2023, they liked everything very much. We arrived in May 2024 and went to see where our children lived. We still booked in the winter, but there were no places in this hotel anymore.

This hotel is not worth the money! The rooms are very tired and old, battered furniture, a watering can falling off in the bathroom, ancient washed bed linen. A torn duvet cover and a half were given for a 2-bedroom bed. They give 2 towels per person and a shower gel. There are no slippers, foot towels, cosmetic kit, kettle. There was cleaning, but I just made the bed. Wet towels that do not dry have not been changed in 4 days. The breakfast was normal, without frills and fruits. The staff at the hotel is friendly - this is the only plus!

The hotel is located in the center of Bukhara. A good breakfast for this region . The beds are comfortable (not "boards"), the plumbing worked without problems, the air conditioning also. Additional requests ( they wanted to change one number to two ) were quickly resolved .
Very friendly hotel owners , sincerely interested in the quality of guest service , ask for suggestions on what can be improved . They were recommended to buy a coffee machine . The layout and location of the rooms in the hotel is peculiar , but this is typical for this format of hotels in this region.

The hotel is generally not bad. It's just that I probably had some unfortunate circumstances. Early check-in, the receptionist is asleep, barely got through. We couldn't find a room for a long time. Then they picked it up, but it was so unsuccessful, there was so much noise around. The windows of the room looked out into the inner atrium, where all the traffic took place, on the other hand there was a weak sound insulation with a corridor. It was normal not to sleep in the morning. The breakfast is quite acceptable, the staff is very friendly. Well, the room turned out to be a little tubby, they did not put water in the room, I found out quite by chance that you can take it from the administrator for free, before that, however, I first bought a bottle of water from him. There is no kettle of tea or coffee in the room either, the shower is kind of crooked and oblique, the shower head shoots a stream in all directions. The room was a little cramped. There is an empty refrigerator, but it didn't work, I didn't even check the TV. The hotel is located on the outskirts of the central part of Bukhara, 5-7 minutes to the most famous sights. How he got a score of 8-9 is unclear to me. The level is clearly lower, somewhere 6.5, - 7.

A cozy place in the old town. Close to the sights, but at the same time in a quiet place without fuss and noise (there is a road nearby, but there is not much noise from it). Beautiful carved wooden ceilings, a cozy quiet courtyard where you can drink tea with sweets in the evening (boiling water or tea can be taken at the hotel, sweets at the market or in the supermarket). Judging by other photos, there was a sofa and two tables in the courtyard, now instead of a sofa there is a wheel, and only one table. The toilet has poor ventilation and the sink stinks, and the rooms are cleaned well, but inattentively - I saw that the maid thoroughly vacuums the floor and shelves, but on the lamp by the bed there is a layer of dust so thick that you can collect it with a dustpan. The rooms have air conditioning and heating, there were no problems with hot and cold water. There is a refrigerator in the room. But simple drinking water is given for money ((there is neither a dispenser nor a welcome bottle of water (in another hotel in Samarkand they gave as many bottles of water as you want, and in Turkey this practice is ubiquitous in the heat)

A very good hotel, we were checked in with a child 7 hours ahead of check-in time, fraternally, without taking an additional payment. It is located almost in the Old Town, 5 minutes and you are already admiring the sights. The breakfasts are modest, but you will not stay hungry. The hotel is on a solid C-grade. If there are no other options, then you can stay there.
It's a little dirty in places, the rooms are "tired" in one there was a broken table and the light was barely on, in the second there was dust in the closet and some of the lamps were not lit.
The staff is friendly and helpful.
However, we got into a situation when we returned to the hotel in the evening to change clothes, because it became cool, and the Main door was locked and we could not get into the territory for 10 minutes.
In general, nothing critical, there are just nuances that are growth points for the hotel, and acceptance training for the guests

The Soviet Union....with dangling toilets and attempts to pull out a "hotel" in the old days. For $50, there are much better hotels in Bukhara without trying to claim a level that is very far away. There are no blankets, no bathrobes, no slippers, no water, no kettle. It is easier to list what is there - the desire to cut down money from the guests without making any effort on their part.
