We had a rest with a girl at the end of July, in this hotel , a very cozy and good place! I liked literally everything! From the guys (Igor and Nikita) , their responsiveness on all issues: check-in , breakfast, where to go, etc. , to the very good location of the hotel (location) in the city center ! We were in Batumi 4 times before, probably! We stayed in different hotels ! We have finally found our (home)! Very nice, really like home! We will only come here now !

A small hotel and therefore very cozy. There are only 8 rooms on the last third floor. All rooms have a terrace. The hotel has free Wi-Fi. The administrator Nikita is very attentive: he will always tell you everything and help if necessary. Breakfast is served in the cafe next door. A Russian woman cooks homemade food: pancakes, omelets, fried eggs.
The hotel itself is located in the old part of the city, near the waterfront. Nearby is the Museum of Adjara, a lot of bars and cafes, shops and shops.

Wonderful hotel, excellent location, 7-10 minutes walk to the sea, nearby there is everything you need (shops, cafes). The room has everything you need, the breakfasts are delicious.
The hotel is run by two wonderful people Igor and Nikita. They are ready to solve any issue and fulfill any request, for which we thank them very much!

I was on vacation in Batumi for the third time.
This hotel is the best of all places to stay!
Very clean, neat!
Comfortable beds and pillows (this is important to me). A spacious room. It's quiet, you can't hear any noise from the street. The room has everything you need.
Excellent location of the hotel. 5-7 minutes to the sea at a leisurely pace!
Special thanks to the owners of the hotel! They respond to any request instantly!
We just had a wonderful rest! I will only recommend this hotel!

There are few reviews here and I would like to add an up-to-date one, since we have just returned from there.
Our room was the one with the terrace. We stayed there for 5 nights.
Everything was very clean and great, cleaned once on the third day (to be honest, I don't know how in the summer you can make a room so that daily cleaning is required, although here it is also worth understanding that this is not a Sheraton 5*).
The hotel is located in the very center of the city, which is very convenient. Everything is within walking distance. There is a very cool coffee shop in the same building as the hotel, I recommend it 100%.
Regarding the room: a new kettle, clean linen, towels were changed, there was disposable shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom. The outlet is really one, under the TV, but there is a tee for it. The receptionist always responded to all requests responsively, up to catching the flown towels on the canopy of the lower floor. A hair dryer, a corkscrew, everything was provided at once. I think if an urgent cleaning was needed, then everything would be done quickly at the request.
The only disadvantage of a room with a terrace is the lack of a partition in the shower, because of this, the floor is filled with water, but the problem is solved with a towel. As we understood, there are normal cabins in ordinary rooms. In general, the terrace is shared, so it makes no sense to pay extra for it. For us, minor flaws were uncritical, since we gave only 18k for a 5-night season for a location in the very center. There is no point in staying in the room at all, we constantly walked and went to the sea, we just came to the hotel to sleep.
Regarding breakfast: it is included and provided in the cafe next door (5 steps literally across the street), the breakfasts are homemade, the cafe is owned as well as the hotel by Russians. Everything is very tasty and cozy. They can also make late and early breakfast.

We lived with a view of the street. There is also a window in the bathroom - just a dream. We also had breakfast included. On my birthday, the owner congratulated me. Very pleasant. I liked the room, everything was necessary, clean. We were satisfied. The owner is Russian and the attitude towards his family is good and warm. We recommend it. For those who are for the first time, it will be calm)

The hotel is located on the main street. There are many cafes and shops nearby. The city beach is a 15-minute walk away. We booked a room for 2 with a terrace, 2nd floor. Unfortunately, the room turned out to be very small and uncomfortable. The room has a small bathroom, 2 double beds, a small bedside table, a narrow small table, a chair, a floor hanger. There is no place to put things, just leave them in suitcases, and jump over suitcases, because there is no space to get around. It's very cramped. There is no ventilation in the room. Stuffy. The window does not have a folding mode, which is passed by those living in neighboring rooms, the window opens onto a shared terrace. Therefore, you will not open the curtains, on the contrary, the bed is in full view and audibility is complete. The Windows overlooked the courtyard, but the sound from the roadway was very strong, it was very uncomfortable to sleep. There is no hair dryer in the room. The night light too. The kettle had a broken lid and wouldn't close. And a special joke is 1 socket for the whole room, that is, you can only turn on one thing. And if there are two of you, two phones, and you also want a kettle, there are no options. For 2 nights, our room was not cleaned and the garbage was not thrown away.
Russian Russian did not like the accommodation and the hotel, one disappointment, The owner is Russian, but the attitude towards Russians is very disrespectful (((. The price and quality do not match, we moved to another hotel..

There is no sound insulation, there is a gap in the finger under the door, the bed is contraceptive-there is no strength to hold it together. You can't find the administrator, you won't interrogate the iron.
