We booked this hotel in advance. And they didn't regret it. In the very center of tourist Tbilisi. The staff speaks any language, including Russian. Very cozy and beautiful. Especially the views from the window and from the balcony. The prices are very affordable, more pleasant than in some luxury hotels in Russia.

Very good location. Thanks to the staff. They are responsive, moderately sociable and give good recommendations. The rooms are compact, but we came for a walk, and there is a necessary minimum. As for parking in old Tbilisi, I think everything is clear if you look at the photo. There is a little bit of sound insulation of the doors)) in general, everything is fine

The location in the center is a plus , polite staff, that's probably all. There is a smell of cats in the corridors , there is no water in the shower, then boiling water, then ice water. The air conditioner does not work well , it is impossible to sleep at night , the windows are wooden , the audibility is excellent

The only thing I didn't like was the small rooms (standard), very small. Everything else is fine. Good breakfasts, friendly and helpful staff. They will always go to a meeting! Good location, right in the center of the old town, from where all the sights are at hand. I especially liked the view of the Narikala fortress!!!!

Nice hotel. Attentive staff. Cleaning every day. Geographically, it is very conveniently located. All attractions are within walking distance. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby. I will definitely stay at this hotel on my next visit.

Great location. Everything is within walking distance. I was in January for three days, for 120 GEL, a room for two.
Friendly staff, everything was brought to the room on request.

The excellent location of the hotel, responsive and attentive staff. The rooms have everything you need. Among the disadvantages are very small pillows (I think if you ask for additional ones, they will not refuse) and the modesty of breakfasts.

The place is geographically very cool! The entourage of the ancient church in the courtyard, too, despite the ringing of the bells (there's no one else).
The room smells musty, the room was not cleaned (there were wrappers and bottles from previous guests in the toilet, the dishes were dirty). And the glass wall between the room and the bathroom is especially annoying.

It is located in the very center. The staff is polite and the service is excellent. When I checked in, I took out a standard piece of soap from the hotel kit, used it and left it on the edge of the sink. When I returned to the hotel the next day, the old soap was taken away and a new one was packed. I think it is these little things that speak about the high level of professionalism of employees.

A great hotel in the heart of the Old Town. I recommend it to everyone. Friendly service, cozy modern rooms and a wonderful atmosphere! I can compare it with three other hotels in Tbilisi (including those with a large number of stars), so this hotel is head and shoulders better than all of them both in terms of room quality and staff attitude!
