The old town is beautiful. The place is super. Near the embankment, cable car, shops, cafes.
A very pleasant receptionist.
The room is clean, spacious, with its own kitchen (very convenient).

The location is wonderful - it is convenient to walk around all the sights, there is Parking - which is important for travelers by car who want to live in the center, I take off the star, because there was no hot water in the morning (there was at night), breakfasts are also included, if not for water, everything would be super :)

Excellent location, friendly staff. Of the disadvantages, you need to voice all your wishes. Otherwise, no one will clean, etc. (there was no sign in the room asking to clean/ do not disturb). And none of the staff cares about such little things as asking or just going in and taking out the trash.

A three-star hotel. Not a single cleaning in three days. At the reception of the gloomy madam (Conquered breakfasts, everything is fresh, brought several dishes, hot, delicious. And the dear Lady, if I'm not mistaken - Lola, several times during breakfast she was interested in whether everything was fine, whether she liked everything.Sooooo smiling, friendly! Decoration of the hotel!

Excellent location, we walked around the old town three times in three days. The most important sights are just around the corner. Everything is within walking distance. The staff speaks excellent Russian. Attitude towards Russians.... on 4.

Nice hotel, with an excellent location.
And the most important thing for us was parking in the courtyard, as parking in Tbilisi is a big problem. Excellent and clean room, very tasty and hearty breakfasts!

A wonderful hotel! It is small (there are ten rooms in total), stylish, concise, clean. We took a room with a fireplace and a terrace - a delight!!! The staff is a fairy tale!!! Very polite, tactful, unobtrusive!!! Separately, about the location - within walking distance (15 min maximum) of almost all the main sights of Tbilisi!!! At the same time, it is very quiet and peaceful!!!!
