A great home-made hotel in the very center of Tbilisi. All the sights of the city, its picturesque streets are located within walking distance from the hotel. In the morning, they are fed a rich and hearty breakfast! I recommend you to visit!
The only advice to the hotel owner is to carry out daily room cleaning and secure a couple of parking spaces under the barrier for the hotel

This is a wonderful hotel, which I boldly recommend to everyone who wants to have a great rest in Tbilisi.
Location in the oldest city center, stunning views from the windows of the room.
The rooms deserve special praise - The interiors are very beautiful, with a Georgian character, new plumbing, air conditioning, there are all the necessary accessories for a traveler - slippers, bathrobes, brushes, soap, etc.
Clean sheets and a huge bed.
There is also a kettle and coffee, tea, sugar.
Refrigerator, safe.
High-quality Internet without interruptions, which was very important to me.
Blackout curtains and silence in the room also contributed to a wonderful sleep at the hotel.
Excellent staff.
The hotel administrators are Mega friendly and helpful.
Breakfasts for 10 points are prepared with you and, if desired, you can choose the ingredients.
There is also a salad, and national tortillas, sweets and more. Porridge, cottage cheese, cheese are also available for lovers of proper nutrition.
I was lucky enough to meet the owner of the hotel - special thanks to him for his hospitality!
I would also like to note the presence of an elevator - a great luxury for such mini-hotels.
I am planning my next trip and definitely will only come here again!

Incredibly cozy and stylish hotel in the very center of the tourist part of the city, the location is super, the rooms are beautifully renovated, everything is in excellent condition, and climate control, and plumbing, very good shower, excellent water pressure (which is generally rare for many hotels in this part of the city)
But the most important attraction of the hotel is just the wonderful hostess Tamuna and all the staff. It feels like I've come to my aunt's father's house. Tamuna does everything herself, and prepares incredibly delicious breakfasts, and individually for each guest, asks how to cook eggs, prepares wonderful pastries, different every day, and cleans rooms, and solves all pressing issues. In general, if you want to feel like a welcome guest, you are definitely here.
P.S. During our stay at the hotel, we registered our marriage with the bride, and I asked Tamuna to decorate our room festively somehow. The result exceeded expectations - in addition to the beautiful rose petals, we were also presented with a bottle of champagne and a plate of sweets, although I did not even count on it initially

A magnificent hotel almost in the very center of Tbilisi. Clean and cozy rooms, original and unique interior design, friendly and unobtrusive staff make your stay here very atmospheric and unforgettable. If desired, of course, you can find fault with the nuances, but in this case you do not want to do this at all. I recommend to all lovers of a quiet and comfortable stay without "surprises" I recommend visiting this institution.

We stayed at the hotel from January 1st to 8th. It is located in the Old Town. It takes 3 minutes to walk to the black baths. The breakfasts are delicious thanks to Tamara. The administrator, Georgy, helped unpack the suitcase from the tape and loaded Yandex taxi into his phone. Thank him very much!!!

Pros: The location is great, but taxi drivers don't find it on the navigator, it's true.
The view from the window into the distance is gorgeous.
The breakfast is homemade, more continental than a buffet.
Cons: The bathroom smells damp.
Usually hotels provide bottled water, but not in this one.
If you are a light sleeper, then take earplugs and a sleep mask: 1) inside the hotel there is an iron staircase, which is impossible to walk quietly, while the sound insulation is very poor, 2) the curtains are so hung that they cover the window incompletely and the wonderful sun and moon shine directly into your eyes.
The safe in the room did not open, so it was not possible to use it.
The switches are not passable, and there are very few outlets (you have to turn off the bedside lamp to make the phone charge).
And in addition to everything, one evening there was no water (perhaps this is not a question for the hotel, but it was unpleasant).

The best hotel I've ever been to in Tbilisi. And I've been here about 20 times. The location is perfect, the view from the window is incomparable (401 rooms), the breakfasts are excellent, the staff is friendly!

The hotel is super!!! The hotel staff is very attentive and hospitable! Breakfast for 5 points, take into account the wishes of the guests! The comfort level is 5! The location is very good, it seems to be in a noisy part of old Tbilisi, but at the same time the Hotel itself is in a quiet corner) I have a desire to return to Tbilisi and stay in this particular hotel)) there is no desire to even look for something else!

The issue of the room was delayed for an hour, the shower broke down. There was 1 towel and 1 bathrobe in the room with a huge hole on the shoulder. When asked to bring extra towels (double room), they said that everything was dirty, they did not have time to wash it. Oh, yes, there was no change when paying. Returned on the second day
But the cook is a gorgeous woman. Very good-natured, hospitable. She cooks very well. And the location is of course very convenient.
