We had a rest for three days, a suite. What I liked was that the room was spacious, bright, and had a good view of the old town. In the evening, a colorful mullah sings in a nearby mosque, and in the morning, bells can be heard ringing from an Orthodox church. The cleaning is of high quality, but they don't add water, they bought it in the store opposite. What I didn't like was that there were very noisy places downstairs, and it was impossible to sleep with the window open at night on weekends. There is wine and chacha for breakfast, but there is no regular tea, coffee from a coffee machine for a fee. On the second day, we found a beautiful coffee shop near the mosque, overlooking the seaport, and had breakfast there. The staff is friendly and unobtrusive. The lights were turned off briefly once. Considering the convenience of the location and the pleasant service, the place is not bad.

We stayed at this hotel from the 14th to the 19th day of 2024.
About the advantages of this hotel:
1) convenient location, in the old town , everything is within walking distance, it is not possible to get lost.
2) Clean rooms, new renovation, new well-maintained furniture.
3) They cleaned , vacuumed, dusted, made the bed and took out the trash, reported shampoos , slippers and other things to us every day.
4) We had bed linen and towels changed every other day, but we asked not to do this, we arrived anyway for 5 days, we did not have time to get dirty. The batteries are very hot, wet things dried out in half an hour at most.
5) the floors are also warm, we were given disposable slippers.
6) there is an ashtray on the balcony.
7) *** Breakfast on the 6th floor on the terrace overlooking the city and the sea***
The breakfast is delicious, the menu is varied, here you will be offered tea, coffee, wine and cognac.
We drank wine every day, tuned in for the day.
8) the staff is very loyal, they called and offered to come for breakfast, warned you about leaving, and even if you didn't stay long at breakfast or with the eviction, it's okay they won't throw you out the door with your things.
9) The hotel has an elevator and Wi-Fi, there are many cafes and shops not far from the hotel.
But we were unlucky with the weather. The day is cloudy, the day is raining with snow and wind 😟😟😟😟☹️☹️☹️☹️

We stayed at the hotel for a week at the end of January 2025.I really liked it! A cozy hotel in the old town, between the seaport and Piazza Square. The beach is 2 km away. Friendly staff, hospitable host. The breakfast buffet is quite hearty. The hotel has two disadvantages. The first is brunch. At 9 a.m., you need to sunbathe on the beach, not go to breakfast. And secondly, the maid changes towels and does the cleaning during the siesta, when the guests are sleeping in the heat. This should be done in the morning when the guests are on the beach. There was no "Do not disturb" sign on the door.

The murdered hotel. It requires a complete repair. The only thing that saved us was the big room. Spacious with a sofa and armchairs (by the way, in excellent condition). The room was warm. From what is not clear: why do we need two adults and a teenage child in a room with a cradle for a baby and a cot for a small child? There's nowhere to put them away, and we can't go near the windows. From trash: there was a hole in the floor in our shower stall. It was sealed with some kind of sticky film. You step on it and your foot falls into a hole.
The cuisine is mediocre, from the word at all. Coffee is paid. Well, this is apparently the case in many hotels.
Convenient location of the hotel. Very much so.

We were in January 2025 from the 4th to the 9th.
Incredible hospitality. When we arrived at the hotel at 10:40, the reception staff suggested that we leave our suitcases and hurry to breakfast, although check-in usually takes place at 14:00.
Breakfast menu: coffee, juice, wine, pastries, jam in the bar, delicious cheese (white, like cheese). There are also more satisfying dishes: pasta, sausages, fried eggs, delicious salads. In general, you won't stay hungry.
There is a beautiful veranda on the roof (you can climb it after breakfast with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine), which overlooks the tower on Europa Square, the embankment and Old Batumi.
The rooms in the hotel are clean and warm, equipped with everything you need. There is Wi-Fi, drinking water, shampoos, liquid soap (both in the shower and at the sink), a hairdryer, a hygienic shower, and a set of towels for feet, hands, and body. Underfloor heating. There is also a TV with Russian-language channels in the room.
We got a room with a balcony, small but interesting: from it you could listen to the reading of surahs from a nearby mosque.
I sincerely recommend that you choose Old Town. It can be a bit far from the sea in summer, but still my vacation was a success, including because of such a pleasant place to stay.

I really liked the hotel, polite and friendly staff, daily room cleaning, excellent location in the old town. Very close to the pier and the beach. Excellent and delicious breakfasts on the terrace with a beautiful view of the sea and the city. For breakfast, an hour, cognac, white and red wine to choose from.

We were very comfortable in our luxury room at the hotel. We stayed in January 2024 and the room was very warm. The breakfasts were delicious and varied. But the most pleasant and memorable thing is the attitude of the staff. I have never seen such hospitality in any country where we have not traveled. Truly, Georgian hospitality is incomparable! Old Batumi is a quiet and picturesque place, so we chose a hotel in it. At the OLD TOWN Hotel, breakfast takes place on the panoramic roof, overlooking the sea, the port and the most beautiful clay roofs of the city. A very hospitable host treats all his guests with a glass of Saperavi or a glass of chacha. In the morning, it sets everyone up for a positive mood and a great mood. Please note that some rooms smell of sewage. So I recommend choosing a room based on the criterion of freshness of the air, everything else is fine!

I am convinced that the owner of the hotel will agree with me: every house needs cosmetic repairs every five years. It has not been held in this hotel for a long time. The furniture here is no longer new, the electrical wiring is unsafe, and the stairs to the famous breakfast terrace can collapse at any moment.
I was going to give the hotel three stars, but on the last day of my stay, the owner appeared, and fruit appeared for breakfast. The staff has become more attentive, and room cleaning has improved. It is obvious that the owner loves his hotel, and the hotel reciprocates him.
The undoubted advantage of this hotel is its location. Although the morning muezzin managed to spoil even this plus.

We got probably the worst hotel in Batumi.
I booked a suite with a sea view back in March, previously called the hotel to clarify the possibility of accommodating a one-year-old child. They confirmed everything to me.
As a result, in fact, we were given a room with a cradle for babies, in which a one-year-old child could not even fit in length.
The rooms are very tired, the bathroom is even more tired. The kettle works every other time.
The balcony glass is cracked.
Right at the entrance there is an Arab cafe with a bunch of hookahs and clouds of smoke.
There is no sea view, to the question "how so?" the administrator replies that there is a mistake on the booking service
It's also very noisy in the evening, and you won't be able to open the windows.
