We were in this barbershop for the first time, moreover, on the recommendation of friends. The children were enrolled in the son-son campaign. I asked the administrator in advance how much time is allotted for each child's haircut - I received an answer of 30 minutes. Alexander's master. I was very disappointed with the visit both to this particular master and to the salon as a whole. After finishing the haircut of the eldest child, the master did not call either me or my spouse so that we could get acquainted with the final work - she just dropped the child off and began to prepare a place for the next child (ours). By the second haircut, there are fewer questions, since the child began to fall asleep and it is difficult to work in such conditions. But when, at the end of the haircut of the second child, I asked to correct the work for the older one, Alexander's master categorically refused, then referring to the lack of time, then saying that initially we described such a haircut to her. There were still 20 minutes left before the end of our scheduled hour, the same amount she spent on each child. That is, she had plenty of time to adjust her own work.
The administrator, for her part, also in no way went to meet us and did not even try to talk to the master, or simply apologize on behalf of the salon for such unprofessional and frankly boorish behavior of the employee and her own indifference to the situation.
The service was provided to us of extremely poor quality. I do not recommend this salon.
There are much more professional places, both from the point of view of the work of craftsmen and from the point of view of service, located even in less "prestigious" areas of the city.
For information, the cost of a haircut for two children was 8000 and this is with another 20% discount for the first visit. So the price tag cannot be said to be "at the bottom of the market."

The best barbershop in town :) I've been getting a haircut from Alexandra's barber for 7 years now and I don't know a single person who can cut my hair better! The atmosphere in the barbershop is very friendly, they always offer coffee or tea before and after a haircut, and if you are not driving, you can skip a glass of something stronger :)

A chic barber shop! Very cozy atmosphere, two floors, lower for adults, upper for children. There is a ps4 and a leather sofa for those waiting, you will definitely be offered water, tea, coffee or something stronger. There is a discount for new customers. A good massage chair on the sink, comfortable chairs for haircuts. It is always clean and warm. If you are hot, they will open the window or turn on the air conditioner. We immediately became friends with barber, spent time with double benefit - and got a haircut and talked about life. At the end of the haircut, they do not kick you out - you can safely rest on the couch with a curling iron and call a taxi. After that, barbershop didn't even look at other options, even though they were closer - really cool service in OldBoy, I only go here.

Good day to everyone. Arriving in Astana, I was in search of a good barbershop. I visited Oldboy on Amman 2 and immediately got to a great place. Everything is 100 points. Friendly staff, excellent craftsmen. Tea or coffee is always offered, which is very pleasant. A recreation area with a console. Good access, Parking. The most important thing is that they cut it perfectly, I was very satisfied, I found my place where I will get a haircut. I advise everyone 100%.
