Fate forced me to spend the night here.... The entrance to the room was from the stairs to the second floor. The door to the room (it's hard to call it a number) is euro (plastic). Dirt, dust- I slept in my clothes. The shower is another story, I think if you hook a curtain with a bare part of your body or touch any part of the shower stall, you can die from an unknown, incurable disease.
It's a good place, but there are nuances. The staff are pleasant, helpful people. Respect to Anatoly! If we are still in Kokshetau, we will stay with them.
We were passing through and checked in at night. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean. There was no table and refrigerator in the 2-room room. The kettle was given a broken one.
Reasonable prices for reasonable rooms. But the furniture is broken in places. There is a grocery store downstairs, there is something to take for a snack. Smoking is not allowed in the rooms.
I went to the store for live kvass in the summer !!! It 's a pity they stopped importing in winter ... There are two more cash desks and there is no queue....
One of the advantages is the low cost of living, friendly staff, convenient location. For unassuming tourists to spend the night once. Everything is tired. The room has the smell of the previous tenants and a bunch of slippers from them.

We spent the night in a hotel on the 2nd floor. Friendly receptionist, not a bad room. It was a little chilly, but there were 2 large heaters. We didn't need them, because there was a huge bed, a big warm blanket. Snow-white bed linen 👍
