I don't know who calls this place a restaurant. No one is ever there, in the evening they constantly say that they are closed. They work only at commemorations, weddings and official parties. The staff is not particularly steamed up and can trim a pack of butter or a loaf of bread if you suddenly decide to celebrate a corporate party with them

Why was this restaurant renovated on Dazhynki, probably so that no one would go there anymore. The service is so-so.
