The hotel is very noisy, the service is 2. The location is good, all the sights are nearby. There is an observation deck. Breakfast on the terrace overlooking the mi ore.
Unfortunately, the hotel will have to be excluded from the recommended ones in Istanbul: the rooms are dirty, the food resembles a ration; there are no hot dishes, no milk, no cereal, and in general - nothing of the minimum that should be in a 3* hotel (although it was all in October last year). You can safely oversleep breakfast and go to the coffee shop opposite. If you position the hotel as a 2*, then it will do.
A very decent hotel. The rooms are small, but very clean and comfortable, we came to walk around the city, we only slept in the room, everything necessary for this was in the room. Our windows faced the street, not the Bosphorus, but there was no noise, the windows were in the form of a bay window, you can always open and ventilate if necessary. My husband smoked, so we opened the windows, smoking is not prohibited. The air conditioner is quiet, cooled well, it was not stuffy. Disposable slippers are in the room, although we have never had our bed linen changed for 4 nights, and it seems that there was no special need for this, it was just pampering already, if we had asked, they probably would not have refused us. There is an electric kettle, but there are no cups and tea, but who needs it can buy disposable tableware, tea, coffee, sugar and drink tea and coffee in the room. We didn't need to. We had breakfast on the fourth floor and went outside, where you can drink Turkish coffee at every step, which we did. On the top floor above the restaurant there is an exit to the observation deck, the view from it is simply amazing. In general, the city was shocked. The hotel is in the very center. We walked from morning to night, looked at the city, its antiquities within walking distance, did shopping. The hotel staff are very friendly and hospitable, they tried to help us with any request. Thank them for that.
The advantages of the Olympic hotel: early check-in, good location within walking distance from Sultanahmet Square, a good view of the Marmara Sea, a comfortable bed, super comfortable pillows, shampoo, shower gel, boxes with small things like a sewing kit, cotton buds, a good air conditioner blew not on the bed. There were slippers. Delicious, just a great breakfast, friendly staff. I didn't watch TV, there are no Russian-language channels. There was a small refrigerator. The photos on the website fully correspond to the actual situation. Cons: there was no toilet paper in the bathroom, although this can be understood, in a Muslim country there are other hygienic traditions (I bought the paper myself). There were no dishes at all, not even a toothbrush cup. When I moved in, there were 2 towels in the room, then 2 more were added, but neither towels nor bed linen were changed once in 6 days. All night (every night) there was a strong hum of some kind of unit coming from the corridor, perhaps it was such a hood, it made it very difficult to sleep.

A nice hotel, from the terrace of our room there was a beautiful view of the Bosphorus, especially beautiful at sunset. Delicious breakfast . Attentive staff.
