There is a small shelf under the mirror in the shower room, a short curtain (it did not reach the floor), a rusty soap dish next to the shower. Shampoo, shower gel, etc. have nowhere to go. The beds creak A lot. The kitchen floor creaks. The curtains on the windows have not been erased for two years (this is a minimum) there is a mosquito net on the windows, but after opening the window they found a cemetery of insects. There is a barbecue area next to the house under a canopy. 2 large tables, benches, a barbecue and a fan for a barbecue. Firewood, coal, pots, skewers, a poker, a pot must be brought with you. The on-site restaurant is open only for banquets. Breakfasts, lunches and dinners can be brought in lunchboxes. The administration is polite and helpful. In winter, the Olympian is no different. The recreation area has not been cleaned. It's cold in the house where I lived. The furniture is old in a minimalist style. The plumbing is old, the shower is leaking. There is no store or restaurant on site. The nature is gorgeous, the staff is positive, friendly. I recommend it with a stretch in summer, not in winter.

Overall, the place is not bad. There is no stove in the cottage, only a microwave. The refrigerator was freezing, and it was impossible to eat vegetables the next day. Pillows and mattresses are hard. The bed linen is clearly washed, but there were stains on it. There is no light outside, so at night we sat in the gazebo in the dark, which is not comfortable. There are children's slides, near the water where you can swim, it's nice to walk around the territory. I think it will be suitable for a budget option.

We rented house number 1. For a birthday celebration. The house has three rooms: each of which, respectively, has 2 , 3, 2 beds, a bathroom and a large kitchen. There is a canopy to the house, under the canopy there are 2 tables for 15 people. It's all clear. There are about 9 glasses, 10 broths, about 10 plates, 10 cups in the kitchen. 10 forks and 10 spoons of tea and 10 tablespoons. I didn't count it. I took disposable ones with me because there was a big company. If you rent a house from Monday to Thursday, it will be cheaper and quieter. In general, many children have a rest here, as in a sports camp. By the way, there is a playground, access to the Minsk Sea, a restaurant where it is fashionable to order food and takeaway If you celebrate a birthday for a day, then the house is great plus a canopy, it turns out how to rent a gazebo, and here you can also spend the night for 7 people

I lived for 4 days, the base is excellent! The only thing is....... Grocery stores are very far away! There is a stall at the entrance to the base where you can buy cold and hot drinks, eat fast food. There is a sauna at a reasonable price. The rooms are not bad, but there is nowhere where room repairs are required. In a word, I recommend it!
