Just the disappointment of the week((((
One bartender-waiter and one waiter for two large halls!!!! On Friday evening in the resort town of Belarus(((( there is no uniform, how is it at all? They run around in their home clothes. We wanted to write wishes to the management, but the book of reviews raised doubts (no signatures or answers since January 24)
And the most painful thing is that pizza!!!!! We were offered to wait 1, 5-2 hours.... The answer is one cook!!!
About food-if on a 10-point scale - on a weak C(((
It turned out to be a very unpleasant conversation.
To sum up:
There is no service;
Kitchen-3 out of 10;
The staff are amateurs;
The waiting time is 1.5 hours or more(((
Atmosphere- 3 out of 10;
Comfort is 6 out of 10.
Due to the fact that this cafe is a monopolist in the city, there will never be a service!!!! It's a pity((((

One day we decided to stop by for a snack (3 people) and ordered a large pizza and tea. In the end, we waited for her for an hour, brought a small one. We asked the girl again (is it big?) She confirmed that this is our order. We were just shocked by the price and size of this dish, but at the bar, when we were asked to pay, we found a small pizza in the receipt. How did she take the order? Regarding the quality of the pizza, there is little filling, the dough is faded, as if it was not brought to readiness a little (after such a test, the intestines are guaranteed to brew), we drank tea and went about our business.
The result: time and money spent in the void, the mood is spoiled… I do not advise anyone to visit this institution, especially with children!

Teach employees how to communicate with customers. I go up to the counter and ask for a pizza with ham and mushrooms - the girl looked at me like a backward rural trash and said in a contemptuous tone: "We don't have such a pizza, look at the menu more carefully." Disgusting and minus the vibe of the place immediately. Despite the fact that I am a visitor in general and in Minsk they immediately understand what the client is asking for. For this and minus 2 stars. And so it's a good place to get together and have a delicious meal. The pizza is delicious.

The worst place I've ever eaten. Let's start in order. The first thing that immediately put me off was the staff, when ordering shawarma, the cook was very unhappy and shouted "Another shawarma?!". After that, I wanted to leave, but I endured it. The taste is terrible, there is a lot of sauce, and zero filling. And the most unpleasant thing: there was a hair in the shawarma, after which the shawarma was successfully thrown away. I don't recommend it

Unfortunately, the cafe was not pleased. Draniki is a solid oil, without the taste of potatoes. The walls are also soaked in this oil, the smell of a sooty room. There is no freshness. The order was waited for more than half an hour.

Minuses:Dear management!! I've been a regular customer of yours, but what kind of staff is on the floor? There are gorgeous waiters (a guy and a girl), but a shift (say, 07/26/2024, in the evening), where two girls are a quiet horror. Absolutely boorish attitude towards customers!! And all with sour faces and inappropriate questions-and it was on this shift. You need to think, first of all for the reputation of your cafe and profit, whether these employees really fit this position. I think girls, even for such a position, alas, have not grown up or do not want to learn from their mistakes.

When the Olive Tree opened, the whole city froze in joyful anticipation. After all, the city needs a place where you can go with the whole family to have a delicious meal in a pleasant atmosphere. And everything was fine at first - the interior, the food, and the service. Where did all this go with time? A leapfrog began with a change of chefs, waiters and menus. I will say as a regular visitor - they prepare for a C grade according to the five-point system. The waiters are great - attentive, polite, friendly. The chefs should be sent for professional development!!!

And in principle, the institution closes very early at 23:00. That's it. And the waiters ask you to come pay at the bar, the bill was brought, you seemed to pay on the spot and ... no one ... no one comes to take the money. I like the cafe. Sometimes we go for set meals, inexpensive and delicious. Excellent pancakes and cakes are also prepared. I would like to note that the service has improved, I went to Oliva several times three years ago, I had to wait a very long time for an order each time, although there were few people, because of this I did not want to go there. After a long break, I went there again, the waiters changed and the serving of dishes was significantly accelerated. Now I'm happy to go there)
