I wrote a letter to a certain Natalia, an OTC specialist, she wrote a bunch of questions: to send a check, a photo, etc. I did everything and sent them an email. And here's a miracle, a letter comes in response that the warranty is 6 months, they can't help in any way. The question is, why did I take pictures of all this and send them if I could immediately write a refusal..... no customer orientation., don't care about the client.I decided to call the factory: the managers do not take the tube, the head of the OTC Elena Vasilyevna apparently also does not consider it necessary to help in finding an awning, also does not call back, communicated with low-qualified personnel who do not solve anything… dear director, if the rating is more important, change the indifferent staff to a customer-oriented one!!!

в магазине большой ассортимент, но продавцы не так уж чтобы рады помочь с покупкой, но от их зарплаты сложно ждать большего. Продукция достаточно неплохого качества, но бывает брак, осматриваете все тщательно при покупке. Цены кусаются.
Научите пожалуйста Вашего сотрудника отдела управления качеством, а именно, Елену Семёновну, общаться с людьми. Хамство это ее второе Я! Позвонив в приемную пыталась связаться с руководителем ее отдела, девушка на том конце трубки сказала, что ничем помочь не может, сказав только, что звоните снова в отдел качества и решайте вопрос с ними! Как так ?! Где Ваша клиентоориенированность???
Мрачновато. Всё одно на другом. С первого раза найти проблемно, ехать черт знает куда. В небольшом помещении попытались втиснуть максимум. Первое впечатление, что зашёл на склад, либо в подвал. Уставшим, раздражительным продавцам не хватает, наверно, витамина Д, что сказывается на работе с клиентами.
