I visited myself and brought the children to the Olympus laboratory. No complaints. Convenient location, parking, courteous staff, clean and cozy, the test result arrives on time
Since 12 o'clock in the afternoon, I have been trying to call a laboratory assistant at home to collect tests. I left 3 messages, as there is no way to get through! So no one got in touch.
They promised to complete the order by the evening, the second day ends, but there is no result of the analysis. I had to see a doctor today. It's a pity that I got involved with this company.
A very good laboratory - and the list of tests that they do is large, and they work from 7 in the morning, which is very convenient (you can have time to pass everything before work), and the results are fast and with a readiness alert (and you can download them from the website, you don't have to go for them).
In general, I love this laboratory, but at the last visit, the doctor trained an intern and gave me a lesson without even asking permission. Which was not very pleasant.
Everything else is fine.
The day before the appointment, I called the call center, found out the time and address of the ultrasound examination from a certain doctor. I arrived at the address, but they tell me that they don't have an ultrasound anywhere, the doctor quit. Not only did the boorish woman answer in the call center, she also misinformed.
Excellent diagnostic laboratory. The analyses are done quickly, clearly and without delay. The results also arrive in the mail quickly and on time. There is a small parking lot in front of the entrance, but you need more.
Excellent location of the laboratory, it is possible to do accelerated PCR tests (only on Shevchenko-Seifullina), give out the result online and the opportunity to get a paper copy in Kazakh-Russian-English with a seal. Electronic queue. As everywhere, you need to put on shoe covers
I always go here, the head office, the laboratory is there, the results are given out quickly. The 4.5-year-old child was given blood without any problems, he didn't even have to be distracted and held. On the contrary, he was interested, he sat watching the needle being inserted, I was shocked, to be honest 😅
After the blood collection, my son was given a badge, which he then showed to everyone for two days in a row and was proud of - a great idea. Before that, they gave out a diploma, the son was also happy, bragged.
In general, it is good here: clean, polite staff, everything is done quickly.
One episode spoiled the impression. I had to take a series of tests for an endocrinologist. I asked to calculate the amount. The medical registrar looked at the form and said: 25,000 tenge. I asked if that was the case. Yes, that's right, don't worry - the girl smiled.
Another employee was working on the day of the tests. She counted and it turned out that I had to pay 37,000 tenge. She didn't apologize, she said I could have done the math myself. Unpleasant. Unprofessional. It's good that I had this money. Otherwise, I would have to go back. Tests are performed strictly on an empty stomach.
A good branch, served very quickly. The results arrived earlier than the specified time by e-mail. Convenient location, good opportunities for laboratory research, a large selection of analyzes
A PCR test was quickly done here. But it's super strange that when you come to them, you can ONLY sign up on some website by filling out a questionnaire.. on the website, not in their reception area. And so everything is OK))
