A good budget sports club, for people who go to do body building. There is a gym with exercise equipment, dumbbells, barbells, a punching bag, suspension systems for air yoga and other sports equipment, and there is a shower and a locker room. No frills.

A great small gym, very clean, there is enough equipment for both top and bottom training. There were several girls in the hall in the morning, which is very nice, I was afraid that there would be a men's basement rocking chair, but not at all) The female coaches are also very cool and friendly
