In a pompous voice, he asked me what kind of Binance wallet I have, of course I don't have it, apparently cool guys don't go with cash. Their accountant came and told us there would be no refund in cash, only back to the card that was paid.
The most interesting thing is that they return 30% less of the amount, under the pretext of taxes. Then it also turned out that there are some commissions when returning to the Mir card, and instead of 4,500 rubles, 1000 rubles will be credited to my card. Of course, I wanted to return such an item. And then comes the second. The cash was returned to me after 1.5 hours of persuasion -"it's okay, we'll fix it now", "take something else", "let's change it" and so on. But they promised to make a refund to the card through the bank on that day or the next day.
At the same time, there is not a single apology for the marriage, for the lost time, and their position, which was voiced to me, "it's my own fault, we need to take a replacement"!
So rudeness really flourishes there.
As a result, the money was returned to the card half a month after calls, letters and messages.
I do not advise anyone to shop in this store!
