Excellent location, for a few nights for this price you need to look, polite staff, a coupon for a visit to the sports complex for 1BYN. There is a shared refrigerator and water cooler on the floor. But it is worth considering that the hotel is without stars, there is nothing but towels and toilet paper, therefore there is no water, refrigerator, kettle, glasses, hairdryer, all bathroom accessories in the room. There is a strong wind from the windows in the rooms. From cleaning, only garbage removal.

The room is not bad, the plumbing, the bed is new. But the arrangement of the furniture is inconvenient, there is only one chair. The kitchen on the ground floor is often closed. There is no water in the cooler. Room cleaning is below average. But the receptionist girls are very nice, helpful, and friendly. They try to help in any way they can. Our gratitude to them.

The only hitch happened at the check-out. I couldn't get through to the administrator to hand over the keys and pick up the residence documents (I left early in the morning), I had to connect a security guard on the territory, take this into account when staying

The administrators always meet us halfway: they left breakfast for the evening, since there was no way to pick it up in the morning and prepared it in advance once, since it would not have been possible to take it in the morning.
The single rooms are small and simple. There are not all air conditioners, so you need to find out. There was a refrigerator and a microwave on the floor. Shower and toilet in the room.

We stayed in this hotel in Minsk more than once. Excellent location - near Independence Avenue and Chelyuskintsev Park. There is a bus stop and a metro station within walking distance. Across the street is the Cornflowers cafe and the Neighbors store. There is also a Euroopt store nearby. On-site parking is free for residents. The facade of the hotel has been updated, it is planned to renovate the rooms. The price is very affordable. When booking, please note that there are two-storey rooms with a fairly steep staircase. The hotel is located at the sports complex, so the interior filling will remind someone of the Soviet department. But for overnight stays it is quite an acceptable option.
