The volunteers could not offer a hard-walking person to go to the lower row of the stands without first climbing to the 2nd floor and a steep descent, although logically it should be. There were no reminders on the tickets to dress warmly. The rental of blankets or at least the sale of warm vests was not offered. We need thermal insulation pads on the seats (you sit down like on ice). They couldn't stand two compartments, froze and left. And in the hall there were children without parents in shorts and T-shirts.
