I was looking for a nightstand for shoes of the right size, but there was no such thing on sale. I had to buy aluminum corners and plastic in the store, and make it myself. The store has a garden and vegetable garden department where you can buy everything you need: from seeds and fertilizers to inventory. One order hung for almost a week and as a result was unilaterally refused because there was no product. However, even after that, the site indicates the update of the leftovers and the product is there.
The second order from Minsk to the region was delivered almost 3 (THREE!!!) Weeks! They got something mixed up, then they waited for the car for a week. Is this a serious retail chain, waiting for a car for a week?
The third order, which is in stock in my city(!) they are collected on the second day. I decided to save time, order online in the morning and just come pick it up in the evening, because they write in stock and pickup "today". As a result, this "today" stretched for almost two days. The support service can't say anything intelligible, wait for the readiness message and that's it.
Three times out of three I regretted that I got involved.
