A great shop has everything you need for building a house at some very reasonable prices.Staff are helpful.....until you have a problem. Then staff training is required. Unfortunately you have to deal directly with the Minsk office to get things rectified. This is not the fault of the local staff, more of a training issue.Senior management needs to look into this. All in all a good experience and would recommend the store.

Another critical disadvantage is that the service center is poorly functioning, where you can return goods, the last time I stood in line for about an hour.
I value my time, so it's a serious disadvantage for me, so I'm shooting a star.

On May 4, I ordered a panel tile in the online store (Order 868635), they promised to bring it in a week. A week later, the store called and said that the delivery would be in another week, and so 5 times. Then they stopped calling at all. I started calling myself since it's been 2 months. We have reissued the order (new number 920970) and promised to bring it on July 24th. They were delivered on time, but out of 12 sets, only 5 were intact, 7 were broken. I've already given up on it all, changed the design, used everything that could be used, but 4 sets need to be returned. I called the Oma, they promised to pick up the broken kits on the 30th. And yes, on July 30th, the driver called, but from another city. On July 31st, the store called and promised to pick it up in the evening. But no one came. On August 7th, Om finally got a call and promised to pick up the tile again. And today is already the 11th of August. It's been 3 months and I have a broken tile from the store for which they are not going to voluntarily return the money. There was no wall in the bathroom for 2 months, so I had to change the design and finish with another tile. Thank you Om for stealing my money and time. As a result, I dragged the tile myself to the store, at first they were stupid for 15 minutes, I had to call the call center, then they found out everything and returned the money.

Disgusting service! We ordered tiles for the bathroom here 2 weeks ago, made a 100% prepayment, promised to deliver it on Saturday from 10 to 14 and call in half an hour. As a result, no one called, the tile was not delivered to us. I had to cancel the delivery and return the money! I do not recommend this store to anyone!
