This is a retail store, i.e. a hardware store using the OM brand. What's the difference? Discounts, promotions, and the OMA bonus program do not work here. When you need a pair of self-tapping screws, you won't notice it, but if you are going to paint a house, then 20-30 liters of paint will cost you 20-30% cheaper at the promotional price in a real OM, even with delivery from Minsk to the Minsk region.
