An employee of this wonderful store, while demonstrating the operation of a gasoline generator (which we rented ) she did not turn off the fuel tap and when we took it away and went to rest 300 km from home, all the gasoline leaked onto our belongings and food, thereby flooding the ENTIRE trailer, everything could have ended in death if someone had walked with a cigarette next to it. Things are in huge gasoline stains , the food is spoiled by 200 + rubles, gasoline was never used naturally. I don't think it's worth talking about the smell of the trailer, and it 's so clear that the smell persisted for a long time, even after complete rinsing with water.
Upon arrival, they wrote an application for an employee addressed to the head, of course they wanted to hush up this case without a statement, but we insisted. After this application was accepted, they said that it would be considered within 14 days. We wrote it on July 24th, it's already August 12th, and guess what? Of course, no one called. And when they started calling on their own , they began to transfer football from one operator to another , and simply throw it off .
