It's been boiling over for 5 years of repairs and construction.
And the most surprising thing is the disregard for the client. How can you deliberately pack a defective product into a delivery order and not warn about it? In principle, in any store of this network you have to go through a quest to find consultants, and when they appear, it is not always possible to get at least some useful information. Apparently, the level of training of new employees tends to a negative figure, because if the employees in the hall treat the customer this way, then someone is broadcasting it to them. I'm not talking about all the employees. There are those who are trying to help. Especially the guy with long hair from the hardware department (I don't know if he works now) in the store on N. Orda. This is a person who, with such questionable leadership, really loves his job, tries to help, appreciates the client, answers questions professionally, and even helps in other departments.
Those deserve a separate paragraph. part. On the website, you look at the remnants in the context of stores and lo and behold: they basically do not coincide with reality. There are leftovers on the site, you come to the store and there is a surprise: they are not there. You come to another one and what do you think? Of course, there's nothing there either.
In general, there is no such gouging even in the markets, no matter what remnants of the scoop they are considered.
I recommend that the management take an example from competitors, namely from Mile. There are employees and a mate. some of them know, and you don't need to look for them all over the store, and the leftovers on the site are real.
