They didn't really explain anything at the information center, but offered to go read some kind of resolution.
I can understand that something has changed, but I have killed time and my documents have already been issued...
There are good promotions. In some departments, the shelves are cluttered and dirty. For example, I wanted to buy Plexiglass. So everything is scattered in the dust, there are no prices. Well, as usual, consultants are very busy and unhappy when they are asked questions.
I don't really like OMA in principle. I go to other construction sites more often. You will never find anyone from the sellers. And when you find it, such people do it that you start to think whether you really need what you ask him for... Of course, there are exceptions, but OMA is just the norm of poor service.

Apparently, only he is paid for the sale of goods, and the rest of the movers or the principle of "the soldier sleeps-the service is on." I don't care about their motivation, but I come with money for the goods and I want to see an adequate attitude towards myself as a buyer. The prices are not cheap, many positions are cheaper in the "Mainland", but there is practically no service in the hall. I'm not sure I want to come here again.

We give a power of attorney to issue invoices, but we are informed that our order has been withdrawn from the reserve, saying that it needs to be picked up within five working days from the date of payment and today we have successfully withdrawn it from the reserve. They start talking rudely, saying why didn't we pick it up, why didn't they call, telling them that they have an invoice there, in small print, it says that the order should be picked up within five working days. This means that oma can remove the goods that have been paid for itself, remove them from the reserve without notifying the client about it, then when you come to pick it up, they will tell you why they didn't take it, why they didn't call, although for some reason it's OK for other companies to dial themselves and ask why you don't pick up the goods, what do we do with it to do with your money, after all, this is the competent work of a customer service specialist. Next, the issue is somehow resolved, invoices are issued, and then the "swing" begins again, the girl demanded to transfer to her with a power of attorney also a payment order, which for the entire practice of non-cash orders, I take and most take only if the payment was on the day the order was exported. But after six banking days, they still demanded it, and when I say why don't you see the payment in 1C, they tell me that "I don't see it", I repeat the question why, they answer me, already in a raised tone: "Because I am not an expert in working with legal entities", then I ask you to call a specialist in working with legal entities, to which I again receive a negative answer because this specialist is "on sick leave with a child." After such an attitude, there was no desire to continue the conversation any further, and there were still people in line, so they just left. The girl just went on the principle, even if she does not have access to 1C to view payments, then you can dial the accounting department and ask the time was still 16.30-16.40. Also, when I demanded a book of complaints and suggestions, I was very boldly answered "on what basis?" And how bad things must be for the company not to pay for the order for 23p. For some reason, when the order is for an amount close to 1000 rubles. they behave in a completely different way. We no longer need this order, we will write an application for a refund and we will no longer contact this store, so we will try other stores.
In the OMA online store, the photos of the plants being sold do not correspond to reality. I drove 350 km into the empty ... (( . The store itself is good. The assortment pleases..)
