Hello everyone There were 18 and 19 November 2019 in this hotel. We booked it in advance, but they didn't send us the room number in time. We thought we would come and they would send everything to our mail there. It wasn't there....we came to the hotel and we can't get into it. We went in with tourists , and then we have nothing but a voucher. It was good that there was Internet, and the connection with the hotel representative worked for 24 hours, they explained in broken English that we did not receive a message from them on our mail, about the room number, code ... etc. Honestly, I was shocked!!!! It's good that everything ends well.
When everything turned out to be in the room, it was clean, cozy, quiet, but it was very cold. Coffee and tea are all in the room. I liked it, the hotel is located in the center, it is easy to find it.

I booked a hotel room through booking.com (there are no complaints about their service, all documents and guarantees have been provided). To begin with, I will say that my trip was not exactly planned, and when I had to look for a hotel a week before departure, most hotels simply did not have places. According to the parameters set on the website, I chose this hotel, because it was one of the most optimal options in terms of location (close to the train station and metro) and price. I paid about 8 thousand rubles for one night! The description of the room said that it had all the tea and coffee making facilities, there was also a microwave and a mini fridge. As a result, it turned out that tea and coffee accessories are not ordinary dishes, but disposable cups and plastic spoons, which was not indicated in the description. The question to fill in is why do you need a microwave in the room if there are no plates and mugs, and at least one spoon and fork? I also really didn't like the fact that the trash was next to the bed, and the handles were removed from the windows, i.e. it was not possible to open the window just to ventilate the room. There was some kind of special panel under the shelf with the refrigerator that covered the pipes, while it was not fixed as needed, and just fell off after a while, after which it was easy to install it in place, but the fact remains that this panel was worth fixing, and if necessary, do something with to detach the pipes, carry out the necessary manipulations and fix them back, but apparently no one pays attention to this and allows some details to be unfinished. But they found it necessary to install a large TV in the room, rather than provide people with the necessary comfort. I was dissatisfied with my stay at the hotel. I hope that the shortcomings will be corrected over time. Perhaps there are no such malfunctions in the rooms for a large amount of money, or I just came across an unsuccessful room, but for now I recommend that you make a choice in favor of any other hotel.

Very convenient location of the hotel, 10 minutes from the center, train station and bus station. The interior is quite cozy, clean, very comfortable beds, including folding ones (which are very easy to fold out).
Towels are provided for each person, soap accessories (gel, shampoo), tea, coffee, sugar.
The only disadvantage (not only applies to this hotel) is a rather late check-in (from 16.00)
In addition, there were not enough dishes in the room (only a couple of plastic cups and teaspoons are provided).

Clean, comfortable, good sleeping accessories. There is everything you need.
Disadvantage: there is a bar in the courtyard outside, where music plays until late - it interfered with sleep.

My favorite hotel. I always stay only here. Comfortable rooms for wheelchair users. A large room, a large bathroom, a ladder, handrails, a call for an assistant (come instantly). The bed is soft, not too high. Convenient location in the city, around all the popular places and the historic district. You can walk everywhere.

If you suddenly have something broken, then there is no one to turn to. The room is not clean. We paid more for a smaller room with windows on the dumpster than for a larger room in the same hotel!!!

There are 2 Omena hotels in Helsinki,
In the Russian-language navigator and Yandex, one is indicated - the 2nd is not registered on the maps!
Be careful if the personal code at the entrance does not work during check-in.The 2nd hotel is 5 minutes away.
