We were in Omsk, we did an ultrasound for our son, and at an appointment with a neuropathologist!Everything is fine, the staff is polite, the only thing is in all directions and there are a lot of people and all the little children have to wait a very long time! There is also a single ultrasound or record-keeping, not a first-come, first-served basis)
Excellent clinic. The staff was politely explained by phone and served competently at the reception. The specialists who were visited, the infectious disease specialist, ultrasound, gastroenterologist are excellent 👍
The clinic is just on top💣💣💣💣it's not the first time I visit a neurologist who is a master of his craft👌👌👌👌I've been going to her for more than 10 years I've watched all my children👍👍👍👍I advise everyone 👍to visit a neurologist for children Knyazeva Svetlana👍👍👍
My child got sick and we came to the pediatrician for an examination, so we were not accepted because we had a fever yesterday! So that 's why I came there to find out why my child 's temperature is a disgusting place ! I'm not going there anymore
And it wasn 't the first time 🤬
Excellent medical center, qualified doctors, friendly staff. Recently I was with my Mother at the endocrinologist, the woman doctor brought us an hour and a half earlier, although her working day had not yet begun! Special thanks to her))
It's a little expensive, but good doctors. We drove half the city and couldn't diagnose it. TLEULES Zhomartovich is a doctor from Allah👍👍👍

A cozy sofa in the lobby catches the eye.To the left of the reception entrance.Attentive staff.Very friendly. They give all the preliminary information.
High-level specialists.
As a hospital, I can't say anything, I did an ultrasound, as always, a queue incomprehensible disassembly for a queue someone from the hospital, someone for money, someone with a referral, you can somehow adjust this moment so that those who lie there do at another time or at least in the office
Those who pay compulsory medical insurance and go there in the direction should skip the queue of those who pay for medical services in cash. It's at least not fair. In fact, there is no difference, and both must follow the order. I am not satisfied with their service
This center is not customer-oriented. The employee is rude at every step. You won't even see such an attitude towards patients (clients) in government institutions. I would especially like to mention ultrasound specialist Alifia Eskanderevna. She's on edge all the time to scold you for asking her an unnecessary question. Moreover, she can afford to assault her patients. Rudeness and ignorance are her forte! If you value your nerves and health, try to avoid this center. Let's make our city civilized!
It was the first time we came to this center. Very attentive attitude to customers. Cleanliness, politeness, comfort. High-level specialists. Individual approach to patients.
The queue, you wait a long time, it seems to be paid, but you sit for 1, 5 hours to see a specialist. The offices feel like they are being renovated, it is not comfortable.
What's good is that the clinic has all the specialists

The clinic may not be bad.... But their pediatric neurologist is not qualified. I think such people should not be allowed to children. She makes terrible diagnoses without any scruples...... It's good that they have an ultrasound in their clinic right away. What a horror I went through, that I just didn't change my mind while I was waiting in line for an ultrasound for 5 minutes. Or does she just have an order from above to send for a paid ultrasound!? By the way, the doctor who does the ultrasound is super!!!I looked at everything well and seeing how I was shaking calmed me down.Thank God the diagnosis was not confirmed, but no matter how it was, you can't do that!!!
The neurologist is a future god in his field .He loves his job and respects the people who come to him.More such doctors are needed. P.S. DOC, I BELIEVE YOU,
