The child was given braces for 150,000 tenge. Supposedly at a discount. But they didn't say that every week you have to come for a facelift and pay 10,000 tenge. No checks were issued on the hand. The main thing is that they do not give any contracts, just words. During the conversation, they asked to conclude a contract for the provision of medical services, which is regulated by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. However, it was rudely refused. Moreover, the spouse and the child were simply kicked out. They do not respond to a request to return the money or continue treatment. We decided to hire a lawyer and file a lawsuit, as well as contact the relevant state authorities. It's a complete mess, you can't call it anything else.
