We decided to celebrate a birthday in this restaurant.
When it came time to choose the hot stuff, it turned out that there were only 3 items from the entire menu. The time was not discussed when to bring the hot stuff. As a result, there were 10 of us, and only one guest was brought hot from the whole table, half an hour later the other guests did not receive hot.
One guest's salad was without shrimp, it was taken away and instead of at least pretending that the dish was redone, they just threw the required amount on top and returned the salad.
The grilled vegetables were simply breaded and fried in oil.
The musician was promised at 9, but he was also not there by the time.
The room is hot and the air conditioner is not working. (Summer)
Often, after any request, they simply forgot about us. Drinks (wine) are not chilled, after the plates are taken away, you have to ask for appliances because they are brought in the wrong amount.
One hot one was refused because of the filing, as a result, it was still included in the receipt. (It is clear that the issue of the bill was raised again)
Plus, the receipt did not indicate that there was an advance payment, and the payment was made in full and only the next day the issue of cost was resolved. Independently, the administration did not deign to remind that the extra money was left in the restaurant.
At the end of the evening, the waiter did not remind him that there was a cake, he had to remind himself about it, since there was already an hour left before closing.
The next table was not cleaned for 3 hours after the guests left.

We went here with a company of 4 people for a gastrofest. The place is not bad, but it's cozy there, a nice veranda, but I noticed a lot of things for myself:
1. No one met at the entrance, you had to go yourself and look for at least one of the staff.
2. The waiter did not say hello, the menu just flew in two visitors, and was not put neatly to the visitor (it seemed that it was roughly thrown at you, and with a characteristic sound of slamming on the table).
4. The menu does not contain all the items that are available in the institution. As it turned out, juices are already available when ordering. Moreover, we could not really explain the difference between juice and lemonade
Dishes are served on an empty table (in all establishments, at least paper place mats (serving napkins) are placed on the table under the plates).
5. The appliances were taken out later than the dishes, i.e. the visitor, who had already brought food, could not even begin to taste it, because there was nothing.
6. They did not ask if it was possible to take out the next dish, but simply took it and brought it. There is nowhere to put the plates, we physically did not have time to eat the first course, but they are already carrying the 2nd and 3rd. Moreover, at the phrase "please bring the dish a little later", the waiter with a languid sigh defiantly turned around and took OUR dish to another table ...
7. Plates with new dishes were taken out before the dirty ones were removed from the table. That is, there is simply nowhere to put the dishes again.
8. One of the dishes of the set was personally taken out to me much later than the rest of the people sitting at the table. Moreover, the difference in the volume of the portion (shepherd's pie) was enormous - in 3 plates the volume of minced meat was about 5 cm, on top of a layer of potatoes and cheese. In my portion, the meat was not visible from the word at all, i.e. the dish was much smaller and the view was, to put it mildly, not very good. When asked what the reason for this difference was, the answer was that it was from a different baking sheet and was prepared by another cook. Well, I'm sorry, the dishes should be the same, regardless of who cooks it. At least by weight.
9. The dessert was served only after we asked for it.

Отдельное спасибо от лица нашей компании хочу сказать поварам - мастера своего дело, всё вовремя, чётко, а главное вкусно! Официантами были посоветованы коктейли, замечательно подобранные под желания и вкусы гостя. При посещении бара: нигде не встречала таких душевных и тактичных барменов! Кальянный мастер очень симпатичный молодой человек, своей харизмой и вкусным кальяном валит наповал! Достойное заведение, очень рекомедую к посещению!

We have previously booked a table in the hall for the evening. When we arrived, it turned out that the table was not ordered in our name. They finally sat us down on the veranda and told us that our set would be ready in 40 minutes. We waited 2 hours. The soup was cold. The drinks arrived an hour later, although they should be served immediately. Other dishes were served faster when they asked for a complaint book. The dishes were delicious, we have no complaints about the chefs.

The cuisine is mediocre, ordinary salads are priced above average, even they are cooked for a long time.the staff leaves much to be desired, the waiters need to be caught, if you want to order something-it's not enough to raise your hand or meet your eyes, you need to get up yourself and come up and ask. The cocktail situation is very interesting…When ordering two cocktails of different volumes, you will be brought two identical glasses, more than half filled with ice, well, the rest is already some kind of alleged alcohol, as it seemed to us-of dubious quality ... The bottles are branded-beautiful, but what we mixed is unknown, as a result- after 2 cocktails at all a small amount, the next day everyone had a headache (they didn't drink any other alcohol anymore).A very strange coincidence…We cannot specifically convict of anything, but after high-quality alcohol, and in such a negligible amount, such a principle is impossible.

We came to the restaurant, the load was minimal. There were three waiters on shift and a receptionist who was sipping coffee at the bar, and no one cared about the customers. When the waiter was miraculously caught, he said that the salads would be ready within 20 minutes, and the second ones would have to wait at least an hour. Apparently, few people are familiar with the recipe of Caesar in this cafe either. When I wanted to complete my acquaintance with this institution as soon as possible, then here is a surprise (no) - they just had a broken printer for printing checks. And the bill was just announced to us!
The interior is promising, but in fact the service and kitchen (which in my opinion is the most important thing) are simply disgusting. We are disappointed. I do not recommend the institution to visit.

Solyanka is very concentrated and sour, you can eat it, but heartburn occurs instantly, of course everyone's stomachs are different, but it was hard for me and my young man to eat it. Spaghetti and tuna are very salty, it is impossible to eat at all. I will hope and justify the cook by saying that he fell head over heels in love. I didn't see any dried tomatoes in my dish at all. As for the Juicy Chopped Steak, it turned out to be a cutlet! Which smelled like bread, was tough and not juicy at all. Thanks for one delicious potato that was cut in half, it was not salted and we were happy.
I won't set foot in this place naked anymore. They spent 50 rubles, rather they just threw it to the wind! We couldn't eat a single dish.

Of the advantages (and then with a stretch), you can single out the kitchen - salads and hot edible. That's all the advantages!
And you can write endlessly about the disadvantages.
We visited the institution during the "Slavic Bazaar", since there was a large crowd of people during this period, we decided to book a table early. We arrived at the agreed time earlier and began to wander around the hall in search of the administrator. The administrator floated out of the depths from somewhere and replied with a dissatisfied face, occupy any table (from that moment on, the impression of the institution began to gradually deteriorate).
We sat down at the table, the waitress came up, and without introducing herself, handed out the amazing state of the menu - dirty, torn, flooded, worn, with an unpleasant smell.
It was not without difficulty that in the end we chose from the listed dishes on the menu what to order (and this is not because of the vast number of dishes, but because a maximum of 30% of the dishes could be offered).
In general, the drinks were brought quickly, the salads were not delayed either, and then long minutes of waiting dragged on, in total, the hot was brought in an hour and a half (besides us there was 1 more table that ate, the rest (5-6) tables were just drunk). At the moment when the hot food was brought, they decided to order the dish for the company and tea. The tea was brought quickly, BUT in such a dirty teapot, as if it had been brewed in it for a month. And again the minutes of waiting dragged on. The waiters as a whole ignored almost all the guests in the hall as much as possible, all attempts to meet eyes and beckon stopped in an instant. And lo and behold, it succeeded in an hour of futile attempts. We decided to clarify where the dish was, to which the waiter was sincerely surprised and asked which one, we clarified which one and again the expectation. Without wasting a second of our time, we were also asked how often they wash the teapots, the girl said without apology that they would redo the tea and (🥁) brought the same kettle, just washed in places. To summarize, the beer plate was brought in a total of 40 hours.
The apogee of the whole evening was the bathroom. There are no questions about the design, but there are huge questions about cleanliness.
If we talk about the design, it is not bad, but the hall is dirty, starting from the mirrors and ending with the coating on the floor.

I'll start with the cons - the establishment serves beer not of the first freshness, diluted with alcohol - as in the discos of the 90s. Another surprising thing is that the "entrance fee" is automatically included in the bill, while the staff did not even think to warn the guests in our person. It was on Friday, a "cultural program" was raging in the institution, which consisted in the fact that a guest singer sometimes sang in a hoarse voice on an empty dance floor (karaoke sang). We just came to eat as part of the gastro-fest, and at the end of the evening we had a surprise in the receipt))) By the way, it didn't work out with the gastro-fest either - they just ordered from the menu, the dishes of the fest were "over".
What else... Oh yes))) Chymose cakes are desserts described by the waiter as "similar to cheesecake". Palm oil with dye, you can find a more decent cake in the canteens.
Among the advantages: pleasant interior design and quite hearty dishes from the menu of salads, soups. Nothing awesome, but nothing nasty either. The pitch is pretty, you can see that the guys are trying hard in the kitchen.
P.S. Oh yes, I remembered one more detail - after that it was worth being wary - when we booked a table at One million, the hostess girl communicated with such casual arrogance, without a shadow of friendliness, as if she works in a Michelin restaurant with a kilometer-long queue under the doors)))

DISGUSTING PLACE!
On October 13, we arrived in Vitebsk to rest. After a rest in a Tavern (in my opinion one of the best establishments in Vitebsk) we were walking and came across this institution. Bribed by the inscription in the title "karaoke".
At the entrance, we were met by two guards in jackets two sizes larger, apparently for intimidation, who began to be interested in how they felt, asking why they were so cheerful, and what was the purpose of the visit. Missed it. But, it turned out, this was just the beginning)
Under the strict supervision of the "security" of the institution, we were seated at the table. The waiter could not accept the order in any way, given that two tables were occupied in the establishment. Accepted, began to wait.
The DJ had been playing for about half an hour. When they approached him to find out when it was possible to sing, the answer followed: - I decide here who sings and when! 😅
We asked again: - isn't this karaoke?
They answered us, yes, but they sing when the DJ wants it. Or when he gets tired of playing 😅
As a result, we left this dump and I don't advise anyone to spend time there. It feels like when you enter an institution, you automatically owe something. Zero service!
PS I rarely write reviews. But, there were just overflowing emotions!

There are no questions about the food, the set was delicious, the dessert was excellent. But as for alcohol and the work of the waiters, it's a complete horror. The waiter carries alcohol for 10 minutes, then disappears for about half an hour, and so on all evening.
Alcohol prices for such an institution are simply sky-high.
