It was a little difficult to book excursions from Russia before the trip, but nevertheless everything was decided. Otherwise, I was 100% satisfied. Many thanks to the guide Egor! I listened to him with bated breath, not distracted by anything. There are so many interesting things hidden in the history of Armenia... I want to listen to more and more! In general, I recommend it. Such excursions should be visited!

I went on a one-day tour to Tatev on June 14 with the One way tour. I had previously booked a similar tour with another travel agency, the tour was canceled before the trip, there were no tourists. A big plus of the One way tour is that this tour is organized several times a week, some excursions are daily. We took 2 more excursions.
The trip to Tatev, although quite difficult due to the long distance, is very intense, gorgeous objects, luxurious nature!

I would like to warmly recommend One way tour as the best tours to explore the country and its sights as fully as possible!
I myself have been on four tours in different regions of Armenia - Garni and Geghard, Lake Sevan with northern monasteries and churches, Tatev Monastery (the farthest route, but the local views are the most beautiful that I have seen in my life) and Khor Virap with Noravank Monastery. I recommend all four as a charming program when visiting Armenia.
The tours are arranged very conveniently, everything is calculated by the hour and even by the minute. There are stops at food courts and in places where locals sell delicious national dishes. Both in the first and in the second version there are toilets, somewhere paid, somewhere free.
In most cases, there are two language groups on the tour - in Armenian or in Russian/English. The guides let one language group go for a walk and take pictures at each new location, and the second one conducts a walking tour of important places, then the groups change places. This is a very convenient system - a tourist always has free time, which he can spend as he wants.
I would like to mention the guides and drivers separately, they were different in different excursions and all left a great impression. Drivers masterfully drive on mountain roads and always arrive at the place on time. I was lucky enough to travel around the country with guides: Egor, Nelly and Hasmik. All guides have a different approach, but they are all responsible, do not overload with information, professional and just very sincere. When we were returning late from the Tatev Monastery, Nelly and Hasmik sang folk songs insanely beautifully. The atmosphere cannot be expressed in words.

I went on an excursion with this company twice. The first tour was great! But very little time was allocated for a walk around Garni.
The second one also went well, but the only thing was that the guide talked very quickly and it was difficult to assimilate the information, and it was not only me who noticed.
But what I definitely didn't like was the payment. I was offered to come to the office and pay, it's my first time in Armenia, I don't know about other companies, but ...I was surprised, well, I think OK, okay, I was in the center then.
On the second trip, I was in Gyumri, when I booked, I asked if it was possible to transfer or pay on the spot? They said that you can pay through the terminal, enter the details and pay, and I have exactly half an hour for this.. Of course, I understand everything, but imagine, you are in a strange city, you do not understand the Armenian letters, and you need to enter and send something somewhere. This is extremely inconvenient. I asked if I could transfer with a mir card or a visa, and they said no, that's the only way. It's just amazing why it's impossible for a client to spend 5 minutes on payment, transfer or pay on the website, there is no need to either go to the office or look for a terminal.
