I came here three times and stayed in a good mood all three times after visiting, unlike other government institutions....The queue always passed quickly, and the staff were very friendly and considerate. The issue was resolved in a matter of minutes...THANK YOU VERY MUCH ... THE ONLY NEGATIVE is PARKING, it is clear that there is not much space in the city center, but somehow it was necessary to provide for this issue.

It was better than it was in terms of amenities, there are a lot of windows, it's not much use, the staff of windows 15, 16, 5-there are no questions and they will prompt and tell you, they will explain everything as needed. Window number 3, 2-they are openly rude, they answer questions rudely, and not only to me, but also to the people who were in front of me!!!
