Sellers themselves do not know what they are selling and blatantly lie, they refuse warranty service, all employees work carelessly. I bought a REALME 11 PRO phone and found that the phone does not support 5G, despite the stated characteristics and the inscription on the box. The store announced that they did not come and it is the fault of the operator who blocks this phone. The proceedings with KCELL found out that they do not restrict individual models in access. Further complaints to the store did not lead to anything, the sellers and their technical service continued to bend their line, blaming local operators. The issue had to be resolved through third parties in the person of the company store, which miraculously heeded the problem and solved the problem by sending an update. I hope this store goes bankrupt in the near future or finally starts to deal with the problems of their products that they commit to service. Next time I will solve problems through the courts. In addition, they lied to me about the mobile version. When buying, the seller assured that this is a global, that it is not so and there is a Russian version there. All the bad things to the store.
