The courier called me, but I didn’t pick up the phone in time. When I called back, he offered me the option to either wait until Monday or go to the office myself (it was Saturday). I decided to walk to the office after checking the location online. I was really shocked to see the 1.1 rating. However, when I arrived, I was greeted by a friendly young lady; there was no line. I only had to wait a couple of minutes for my package. The atmosphere in the office was very pleasant. They handed me the package in a bag and even included a complimentary bottle of cool water (it was very hot today!). Overall, I had a great experience!
They won't give me my package, customer support is ignoring me, and the "buy for me" service works terribly.
Otherwise everything is fine, the support at the office counter is pleasant

terrible and stupid company! the parcel is stored for only 5 days, they do not send notifications, the parcel is sent back without the possibility of receiving it even if it is in the warehouse
