Nice apartments in a good area. There is a large swimming pool on site. There is a car rental right in front. A grocery (and not only) market is being opened nearby on Tuesdays. There are a lot of shops and cafes nearby. The only significant drawback... this year the rooms have gone up a lot.

It is a very beautiful complex.All the negative reviews are not exaggerated.I found several ads on sahibinden and airbnb, I called the realtor and went to see, the area is very neglected, the pool grill is missing and there is a pit, the pool/fountains are not cleaned, the indoor pool / sauna/ rocking chair is under repair and will open soon. The apartment is 1 + 1 60m, in fact 40 meters and even with a balcony (a balcony on the ground floor, tiled on the ground with a fence), a year-old dust in the room, a torn skirting board behind the sofa, a 60x60 cm shower room, new wiring sticking out everywhere, finished walls and windows from the outside. and for this they asked for 2,800 euros from December 1 to May 27 and all the money in advance, to think for 5 hours. I've only seen people who speak Russian, and the reviews are all bad.. As a result, I realized if all the money in advance is an ambush, so that there is no way to move out from there, it is such people who "live" there, and see the picture.the indoor pool/sauna/rocking chair has not been working for more than a year and will not work because there are restrictions on covid in Turkey
