Nice apartments in a good area. There is a large swimming pool on site. There is a car rental right in front. A grocery (and not only) market is being opened nearby on Tuesdays. There are a lot of shops and cafes nearby. The only significant drawback... this year the rooms have gone up a lot.

It is a very beautiful complex.All the negative reviews are not exaggerated.I found several ads on sahibinden and airbnb, I called the realtor and went to see, the area is very neglected, the pool grill is missing and there is a pit, the pool/fountains are not cleaned, the indoor pool / sauna/ rocking chair is under repair and will open soon. The apartment is 1 + 1 60m, in fact 40 meters and even with a balcony (a balcony on the ground floor, tiled on the ground with a fence), a year-old dust in the room, a torn skirting board behind the sofa, a 60x60 cm shower room, new wiring sticking out everywhere, finished walls and windows from the outside. and for this they asked for 2,800 euros from December 1 to May 27 and all the money in advance, to think for 5 hours. I've only seen people who speak Russian, and the reviews are all bad.. As a result, I realized if all the money in advance is an ambush, so that there is no way to move out from there, it is such people who "live" there, and see the picture.the indoor pool/sauna/rocking chair has not been working for more than a year and will not work because there are restrictions on covid in Turkey

We love Antalya very much and come to rest with the whole family for the 3rd year in Onkel Residence. The pool of huge size, charming with its beauty, is not found anywhere else in Antalya. It takes 5-7 minutes to walk to the beach, only 5 TL ( 60 RUB) by taxi, everything is green and beautiful, there are many cafes and restaurants nearby, a real Bazaar where you can buy all Farm natural products, Shops and Banks are all 2 minutes on foot. This wonderful place can be praised for a long time, but it's better to relax once. This is a so-called Club Apart hotel, there are always a lot of children and there is a children's park (Swings, Slides, 2 Children's pools. This season, there were 2 families of hedgehogs with tiny hedgehogs, a lot of kittens, for children and adults it's like in a Fairy Tale. The restaurant is simply gorgeous, what is not a dish is delicious and the prices are 3 times lower than in Russia in an ordinary cafe. Externally, yes, it is a beautiful complex and the advantages end there
1.It is very cold in winter, the walls are thin and the general air conditioning system does not work, So an additional 700 rubles for using your heater
2. The sauna and fitness room are in poor condition - the photos on the site do not correspond
to reality, nothing works at all
3. There is constantly garbage on the territory (bins are overflowing), the manager of 2 hotel buildings walks with two dogs every day and feces at every step, it's just terrible
4. Everything is done by a blunder - the electrics are constantly out of order and there is no lighting on the playground, the general air conditioner does not work, there is no security system (video surveillance only at the entrance), elevators often do not work
5. Managers (Suner, Yunus, Isirbey, Mohach and others) constantly make remarks to residents - do not walk here, do not talk loudly, do not roll children on swings like that, do not sit on the grass on a chair, do not bring guests
6. Yes, guests, too, according to their comments, can not be invited if you live in a complex
7. Constantly dangerous situations - poisoning with chemicals for the pool, poisons of rat baiting, there was a fire (due to the fault of the son of the manager of the Sooner, since he is an independent adult like a child, and even smokes and drinks and constantly knocks on the tenants and worries even at night - the local "fool" and there is no board because the father is the manager of block E), fights with cold steel , a shootout between two gangster groups. At the same time, there is no compensation and no apology from the manager
8. The complex is half-empty because so many people run and do not live and rent themselves
9. There are lawsuits on utility bills, there is still no legally defined organization where to pay for water, aydat (400lir) now it is illegal for managers (for example, Suner- block E, Mohach- block G) to hand over these payments to them.
