The check is not issued at the same time!!! They said you won't pay, we'll turn off the Internet, which is exactly what happened!

Despite the fact that other providers in the same areas are working relatively stably. They don 't even stutter about recalculations . Others , if they do not provide the service , do it themselves , without reminders .
The network is worn out, there are constant communication interruptions, there are no emergency crews. Somewhere the weather will break the wire, you will be sitting without a network, no one will come for the next 3-4 days, and they hang noodles on the phone that they are fixing the problem. An extremely unreliable subject, it is a pity that there is no alternative.

There are constant failures after which there is no Internet for three or more days!!!(in a month, it normally runs like this) Tech. the support is disgusting, the arrogant guy is doing you a favor by talking to you.... Daily calls to the support service do not give anything. 17.08 went to the main office on the day of the reception of the head. The head is "hiding" the attitude of the staff is boorish. Very frequent equipment breakdowns and breaks on the lines, they do not want to solve the problem right away, people repeatedly stayed without the Internet for the weekend, workers do not care, now because of the snowfall there is a break again, when the problem is fixed it is unknown, the operator's answer is "we will try to fix the problem within a week", i.e. not the fact that the Internet will appear in a week, How is that?? At the slightest bad weather conditions, the Internet turns off. Even one star is a lot for this provider. *I will add my review from 02/28/12. please teach your operators to communicate politely on the phone, you talk as if with some kind of cattle, I'm getting more and more disappointed in your provider!
