I placed an order for the product back in mid-October, but I haven't received anything until today (01/10/2025). Initially, I was assured that the delivery would take 3 weeks, then the deadline increased by a month. After that, they reported that the goods would be delivered on January 9th, but logistics did not work that day. On January 10, they promised to deliver before 18:00, but this did not happen, and now they have postponed it again to tomorrow.
The customer service representative explained that the delivery was delayed because the courier had left the city. This is puzzling, since I live in Chisinau, and delivery to me should not be related to trips outside the city.
An attempt to contact the delivery service at the number listed on the website was also unsuccessful – the phone was disconnected. When I asked to be connected to the head of the customer support department, my request was ignored.
I want to note that I have no complaints about my manager Natalie, she does her job efficiently. However, the company's operating system raises serious questions. The logistics service demonstrates a negligent attitude to its duties, and the heads of customer support and logistics departments, apparently, are not able to build effective work.
Unfortunately, my experience with your company has been extremely disappointing.
The logistics manager needs to smoke bamboo and sell wallets on the central market since they are not able to build an efficient operation..
Good evening! Terrible delivery. The order was placed on December 15th, and it was promised that delivery would take from 1 to 3 business days. The delivery was supposed to take place before December 19th. As a result, the order was not delivered on December 19, after which it was promised on December 20, and accordingly, the order again did not reach me. The next day it's the same. I dialed the consultant on December 23, they answered me only the fifth time, and then after the consultant said "please wait, we'll find out the details and we'll call you back" no one called back until I dialed myself. As a result, they promised to deliver the order on December 24, but I refused. I needed to receive the order on December 19th, as promised, as we needed a gift order.
Disappointed. I ordered for the first time and was very disappointed.
Service 0 , the order was placed on December 3 , we agreed on 14 ..I called the operators 2 times..they fooled their heads about what would happen until the evening ( they specially called the master to assemble the chest of drawers ) , who , after waiting for almost 4 hours , left , of course ..the product has not been delivered... and this is the second time their delivery suffers..in the summer, we ordered a sofa and brought it with delivery ..and this is the second and last time we order from them .I strongly do not recommend if ..if you plan to receive the goods at a certain time and date..so the operators also lie ..
