In principle, they are not interested in the result. 06/19/2024 visited the Opatra London salon for the first time. The staff are polite, "too much", I understand that politeness is a culture, BUT it bothered me too much. To the question who is the CEO? The answer was "ALL THE LEADERS", so in this salon everyone is just "leaders"!. I immediately noticed that there is an "imposition" on the part of the staff, apparently they consider us "naive"!? They immediately arrange an installment plan without offering a "CONTRACT". My principle is to first familiarize yourself with the contract, the license of this salon and after familiarization, I sign and after all I give my consent to the collection of personal data, i.e. IIN, which the staff did not do and thus violated the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan! Interestingly, they took me to the accountants , and there, without my consent , they almost issued me a loan to Halyk Bank. I don't remember the girl's name, while we were looking at whether the bank would give me approval and this employee brought me a package containing a gift and as soon as I said that I would read the contract at home, she immediately took it away (even if I sign up for your salon, I don't need your gift), when I said goodbye, I just saw them "The TRUE " face, everyone sat in silence and did not spend, there was no trace of "politeness" left.
