A pleasant place, very polite staff, YOU CAN SMOKE, the ashtray is changed every day. 5 minutes ) The prices are high, but acceptable. There are many dishes in the kitchen, but there is not much to eat (some kind of exotic for an amateur). The sound is good, but the perception floats from the position in the hall (not their fault, it is impossible to do better in a room with columns).
What upset me the most is that most of the songs I like (even without swearing and political component) are forbidden to be performed, at least without additional payment. These are KISH, the Gaza Strip and so on. Although in the losses between compositions, the DJ sometimes includes openly obscene stuff (

I recently visited this place, I really liked it. Great atmosphere, polite staff. The kitchen and bar are on top, we tried various cocktails and salads, everything is very tasty! We decided to celebrate a bachelorette party with our friends and chose the Opera karaoke club. We have never regretted the choice.
The place is beautiful: the interior, the entrance group, the decor. The entrance group greeted us politely and escorted us to a table. There is a cool photo zone with an authentic interior and design.

I often come to Vitebsk. In this race we decided to go to karaoke. 05.11.2023 visited the Opera. What can I say. The interior is interesting, everything is done with taste. It looks stylish and expensive. The service is good. The staff is good-natured and polite.
Prices, well, how to say, in my opinion, as everywhere. Here everyone has to take into account their budget and capabilities.
And now I'll probably write why I took off the star and put 4 instead of 5. Firstly, the music is playing too loud when no one is singing. In my opinion, it's more logical to make the background music quieter so that people can talk. And so at the table we just had to shout to each other so that at least someone would hear something. Even the wristwatch constantly gave out messages that it was TOO loud in the room. Secondly, I did not like that cigarettes were being smoked in the hall. I understand that people also smoke hookah, OK, there are no complaints. But when guests smoke cigarettes, there is simply nothing to breathe in the hall. In my opinion, guests should still smoke cigarettes on the street if they really want to smoke. I have nothing against people who smoke and it is certainly convenient for them to smoke without going anywhere. I understand everything. But guys, not in a room where ventilation can't cope with cigarette smoke. In my opinion, there should still be a ban on smoking cigarettes. Such a ban has been introduced in my city for a long time and there is nothing critical about it.
In conclusion, I will write that we generally had a good time, despite some moments.
I wish the opera success in its business and of course I hope that the reviews where people write about the shortcomings will be taken into account in order to maintain customer orientation.

Очень качественный сервис, вкусный интерьер, очень цивилизованный контингент гостей, отличная кухня.
