The hotel is small, located in an apartment building, occupies the top floor. It has 3 exits: 2 to Tumanyan Street and 1 to Mashtots Avenue, which is very convenient.
Our room was a tiny N32. Pros: air conditioning, good bed, mattress, lighting, working plumbing. The bathroom has 3 towels per person, a hair dryer, shower gel, shampoo, balm, shower cap, comb and toothbrushes with mini-paste (not used). Disposable slippers.
The biggest advantage of the hotel is its location in the very center! We walked around all the sights!
Cons: no shelves in the closet (clothes were stored in a suitcase), no shower (water pours directly onto the floor even under the partition) and VERY noisy. I have no problems sleeping, but I have never heard such a noise in any city, all night screeching brakes, police sirens, screams. It is impossible to close the window because of the stuffiness, even with air conditioning. But on the third day they got used to it, although the sleep was intermittent.
The cleaning is mediocre, when checking in in the bathroom there were clumps of hair on the floor. Once they forgot to put toilet paper, but they apologized. Towels were changed daily, slippers were changed once a week. In general, I am not bothered by unobtrusive cleaning.
About breakfast. It's sparse, but you can have a snack. Considering the prices in the cafe, I do not regret that we took breakfast. What could I eat: toast, cheese, carbonate, tomatoes, tea. What my daughter ate for 10 years: toast, boiled egg, cereal with milk. I couldn't eat the omelet, it didn't taste good for me (omelet mixed with peas, or zucchini, or tomato paste). There was no regular scrambled eggs once in a week, and no regular omelette either.
The staff is friendly, polite, allowed to leave the suitcase until the evening at the hotel after check-out at 12.00.
A modern clean and well-maintained hotel. Good location in the center, pleasant staff, good breakfasts. I stayed at the hotel three times, each time I was given different rooms and they are very different in terms of comfort, so if you're lucky.
